The only drawback was the service. Everyone was nice enough, but they did not have the staff, and lacked any efficiencies, to manage the number of people without a lot of long waits that took away from the vacation. This included the front desk, restaurants, and areas by the aqua park. One additional issue is that, although the beds are comfy enough, there was only 1 very small pillow per person.

The apartment was terrific for my family of 5, and we loved the sauna. The facilities, including the aqua park, were fantastic, and the breakfast was well worth the price.

I would have liked if the swimming pool use was included in the cost of the apartment stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kids loved the swimming pool and I loved the sauna in the apartment. The sofa bed was easy to set up and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

Apartment looked out over the car park so was noisy with the windows open. The toilet was so poorly designed that it was uncomfortable to use for able bodied people. You would have no hope if you had some mobility or other problems.

Location. The villas we rented were quite comfy and easy to access. Close to city so driving/walking everywhere was quite easy. Spa services and swimming pools were great!

The only minus is that we have got an apartment facing some kind of electrical aggregate which was loud and we could constantly hear it, even with closed windows.

Room was a bit cool so we used the extra blankets that we found in the rooom and slept with 2 blankets. Beds were a bit small to my liking.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment. Nice and fully equiped appartment with kitchen and Sauna. Spa area is suitable for families with children. We had a grandaughter 1 year and 9 months old and she loved the pools.

The breakfast is too expensive. Limited opening hours of pizza and hamburgers restaurant. For such expensive room price, I expected clean room (which is not the case, I agree with others complaining about sofa) and more free ammenities (at least free cofee/tea in the room).

I like that the guest can have discounted price to access the spa. The appartement is comfy with all basic necesities and complete kitchenette, even the bathroom has potty for small kids. Perfect for families stay.

Furnitures (e.g. sofa) was quite dirty but it’s obvious since Caribia is famous among families with children.

The only thing that I was not happy about was the confusing halls and quite poor instructions how to get from Villa apartment to services without going outside. :) we stayed for two night, in the last morning started to find our way without getting confused. 😂 maybe some simple maps could help. 😊

- One night - very loud noise from teenaged hotel guests who run through a corridor all night long. This noise was very annoying in the bedroom, which was located on the corridor side. - some swimming pools were a bit worn out

The flat was not clean. We had to vacuum upon our arrival. The location is a bit far from the city center.

The swimming pool was really nice with equipment suitable for the whole family: from baby to kid until adults. The restaurants located in the hotel were super convenient.

There was no phone in the apartment so we had to use our own phone where also apllyed additional charges (+ the didnt pick up any phone - i made 4). Additional charges as well applied on the baby bed that we asked even though we did book the apartment by mentioning the childs age. In general, the apartment compare to the services, was overcharged!!
