The "spa" was quite worthless. Maybe fun for kids, but adults looking to have a relaxing day to unwind and decompress, definitely not recommended. The price was also way too high for something that was less than any public swimming pool I've been to in Finland. There was a small pool, a sauna that was not warm at all, and not possible to go to a sauna with mixed genders (as a couple or family not so nice), and a jacuzzi that was barely warm. The hotel breakfast was also not very much to our taste. Lots of choice, but not so great quality.

The apartment was great. Clean, comfortable, in good shape. Very nice place. The restaurant was cosy too, and the staff was kind and helpful.

I parked my rental car in the P3 garage. My sister and I could not get out of the garage - doors would not open to sidewalk. Finally, we pulled a string hanging from ceiling to open iron gate. Upon entering our apartment on the 4th floor we realized there is not AC. The apartment was nearly 100 degrees inside. I asked at front desk and was told the windows do not open. We had a fan only. In the morning we realized we could open the one main window which helped tremendously to cool the place down. In extreme heat, this lodging may be unbearable.

The property is beautiful with excellent breakfast.

The spa was very outdated and the water massages weren't working, which wasn't mentioned when we payed for entrance. The vegan options for breakfast were poor, it shouldn't be charged the same as for a normal breakfast.

For us the location was a little to far away from the city center and required a taxi to get to the tourist sites. And in order to use wi-fi we need to go to the hotel reception area which was a pain.

Our room has a fantastic view of the harbor and we had our own private sauna as well as a washer and dryer. Great things to have while traveling in Finland. The hotel restaurant was excellent.

There wasn't anything to not like.

There was plenty of space, a surprising amount of facilities and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice and quiet and we liked that there's a supermarket nearby so we could get food to cook in the kitchen. The sauna was obviously a fantastic bonus.

Room had seen it's best days. Furniture was quite aged, even if someone might argue that it's in purpose. Temperature regulator in the shower was pretty much broken. One managed to adjust by trickling the shower on and off, but still, it was effectively non-functional. Bide shower was also leaking on the floor from pretty much every place on it. Parking house roof was leaking and bringing some mineral(?) stains on top of cars. I kind of hope it goes off in a rain or car wash. Maintenance would require a bit more attention I guess. Appears that Holiday Clubs also share a standard bed sofa. Which hard as stone for sleeping. Not nice. Already experienced the same in Imatra this month.

Place is in nice location (a bit out of city center) and common areas in fairly good shape. Room layout is nice and was fairly spacious.

Pizza restaurant in the building was closed so we had to go back into town to find another restaurant. Blessing in disguise because we found an excellent Georgic restaurant in the centre of Tampere.

Very nice hotel. We arrived by surprise end of the day and we received the choice between a hotel room or apartment. We took the apartment and it was excellent. Two bedrooms, big living room, private sauna, balcony, and kitchen with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. And just behind the hotel (2 minutes by car) there is a very nice public sauna at the lake. Very beautiful view over the lake. Nice experience to go to the public sauna and jump in the lake.

I absolutely loved my apartment, everything I needed was there, the view was beautiful. The reception staff very helpful and friendly indeed. The surroundings around the building very lovely, especially the walk by the lake. The buses very accessible too.

The apartment was quite frankly mid-advertised. The bathroom arrangement was very poor. We never did work out how to get the downstairs facilities (bath) to work. The upstairs arrangement bedroom, shower room and sitting area were completely inappropriate for most quests. The head clearance/ door height was ridiculous and resulted in several painful bumps. The “window” in the shower room makes it inappropriate for even some families never mind friends.

The location was okay although a reasonable walk from the town centre.
