No mini fridge in the room. The TV was positioned very far from the couch and armchairs, so we had to rearrange the furniture.

The room had a large comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Shower and toilet were separated, which is an additional bonus. The parking was right next to the building (could see the car from the room windows) and it was very convenient when moving the luggage. Tasty and diverse food at the breakfast was enough for everyone, despite quite many people at the rush hour. In the evening, we enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel area. Overall, the hotel is very nicely arranged, so that breakfast, restaurants, swimming area, bowling etc. are all located under one roof.

The schedule on weekends is strange. Most restaurants are closed at 5 pm, Saunas until 6 pm while the check-in at 3 pm.

Pretty cosy room for pet owners. Small but comfortable spa.

Room inside was very hot and warm. Would be nice have more activities at night like music, a live musical group, karaoke or something for couples entertainment.

Service was very slow (at reception, in the restaurants, etc). Everyone was nice, but everything just took a long time. The room was quite warm and the ac did not work very well.

The indoor water park is great for kids. The hotel allowed us to use the water park on our day of check out beyond check out time, provided we checked out before going to the spa. That was really nice and expanded the value. The location on the lake is beautiful.

Breakfast itself was quite poor even though there was a lot of things. But everything was quite basic and just taken from the finished shop. Presentation of the breakfast was also quite weak comparing to other hotels at this level. Family room was quite basic and there was not even a table where you can sit with a computer for example.

Too expensive for what you get. Price included breakfast and access to one part of the pool (not the spa eventhough it said access to spa on the booking). Charged extra to use slippers and bathrobes. So we had to pay extra to use the gym and pay extra to use sauna world where there was no cold plunge as advertised and one of the saunas didn't work. The bowling was very expensive. The place was very crowded so the pool felt more stressful than relaxing. The evening buffet didn't offer many options and was pricey. Dessert cost extra. We booked 3 people but only had towels for 2 in the room and one lightbulb didn't work. There was a kettle but no tea bags or coffee or sugar or milk so bring your own! No smart TV in the room so only main channels available to watch. At 200€/night I'd expect more.

Welcoming staff and clean place. Spacious minimalist and comfortable rooms. Good choice of reasonably priced restaurants and a convenience store within the hotel building. Fun swimming pool and entertainment on offer. Very good breakfast options. We were able to check in 2 hours early without notice and access the swimming pool straight away so that was nice.

The breakfast was cleaned almost 30 min before its ending time, so we took some food already from the trolleys that were moving out from the breakfast area.

Unbearable waiting times at reception and restaurants. Could not access other services because they were only bookable thru reception that was not available.

The sauna was hot, but some showers had quite cold water. Room was very good, but floor heating in the bathroom was too hot.

Did not like the restaurant Le Biff. The food was good but 1)we were not alerted by the staff it works until 10pm (we arrived there passed 9pm) 2)found hair in food and we showed the waitress that but she said nothing. 3) served us tea which smell/tasted like some shampoo. after our complain she gave us another tea pot which was fine, so we believe the tea pot was not washed after washing liquid etc.

Hotel was clean and the staff of hotel was friendly.

Our first room was located quite far, no fridge, no nothing, i could have settled for that but actually the room was not even cleaned after previous people... Thankfully we got new room with very comfortable bed, huge windows and fridge. At the reception i heard other people had trouble with their rooms too, but reception lady handled it with patience and nice attitude.

No air condition. Bad(worst) WiFi.

Staff is very fast and pleasant. Room is clean. Bed not good comfort, like 7 of 10. Spa is incredible. Minibar is good work.

Breakfast was okay but there could be more food options. Lunch was not too apetizing (the veg option). There could be cofffee and tea in the room. The beach is not too amazing.

We absolutely loved the hotel and its facilities. Bonus points for a boat dock at the lake shore. The room was really quiet, the swimming pool area clean and plenty of food options in the hotel or close vicinity. A big plus for a small fridge with vegan „cheese” and cold cuts at breakfast.

The only one small complain is that since we came on Friday evening none came to clean our room, arrange bed for entire stay ( check out on Tuesday). 😔

Not all saunas in the sauna world were in use during our visit

The size of the king room and the bed in the castle building. Had a very relaxing time at the spa and the hotel. Will definitely visit again!

We had a nice big room. The spa area is also nice, although the hot tubs could be a little bit warmer. We really liked the sauna world, although it would be nice if there were less kids jumping in the pool.

There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, and only paper cups (which might be because of the ongoing pandemic).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The superior room was very spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable, good shower. The saunas and swimming pools were great and we all had lots of fun in the slides and various water activities!

Too many children, couldn’t relax properly, same in the Spa, children jumping in the water, screaming etc… Parking pretty far from the hotel rooms.

Everything can be find in the hotel, Kioski, restaurants, tennis court, volley ball field… Beautiful location.
