The table in the room is small. Breakfast can be better if there are more hot dishes.

The shared bathroom/toilet could use some modernization, but it did the job. A night lamp would be nice in the rooms. The fridge was a bit loud at times also, but you don't need it necessarily.

Hassle-free experience, great value for money. Location is superb, just park your car right next to the front door. It was very calm. Beds were quite nice even for a bit bigger person. Breakfast was excellent: there were eggs, Karelian pasties, porridge etc. We started the Karhunkierros hike with good energy levels in the morning.

Hotel would do with some renovations, in particular bathroom.

Small little cosy hotel, I was allowed to leave luggage and come in and out in the afternoon as my flight was at night. My room was very basic with small bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Communal areas were fine. There are cross country skiing trail 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and nature is lovely. Hotel is closed to all amenities. I don't think you are able to rent skis from them, but check. Be aware that no fault of the hotel but transport from and to the airport is very expensive given that it takes less than 10min by car. There are no busses so you must get a cab or you can walk - I arrived and left after dark so not possible to do this with icy road.

Beautiful breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we booked an option of room with no bathroom, everything was very nice for a evening in there, a bit disappointing the missing toilet but that was my mistake when choosing the room.

I regret to say that our stay at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. The room, advertised for two people, was uncomfortably small. Moreover, the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room, making our stay unpleasant. The bedding and towels also carried a stale odor, indicating inadequate cleanliness standards. Adding to our discomfort, the room's light was malfunctioning, forcing us to rely on our phones for illumination in the evening when we came. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff in the morning, the response was dishearteningly apathetic. Not only did they fail to apologize for the inconveniences, but the overall communication was inadequate. On multiple occasions, we had to initiate phone calls with the staff to obtain necessary information and services. This included having to call twice and follow up for a code required to access our room. Even a simple request for the name of the nearest bus stop was met with unhelpful responses, necessitating further pursuit for essential details. In summary, the lack of responsiveness, cleanliness issues, and overall discomfort (no light in the room just in the bathroom) marred what could have been a pleasant stay.

We personally didn’t like this place at all. Pictures doesn’t match the rooms.. very small and tacky bathroom. Breakfast was generous but quality was 6/10. Disappointing.
