The first room we got was pretty small and lacked adequate space to even hang our jackets and stuff. We were surprised as we stayed in a different room in the second phase of our travel which was much more spacious and had ample storage. Both times we paid for the same category of rooms so it was surprising and I had previously assumed that perhaps all rooms would be small in that hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located and pretty much close to the centre. You could even walk to the centre or to the McDonalds nearby if you want to. The breakfast or dinners were very good. The staff were helpful and kind. Overall the hotel was clean and well maintained and parking is also available.

The bathroom smelled of sewage, which is very unpleasant, and it also looked a bit old. And the value for the price was not the best.

The breakfast was good, and the room was overall also very good, the location of the hotel is very central and close to everything.

The shower is extremely small with no box nor curtains what wets the whole bathroom, it looks like it has been improvised and it’s not a space for a shower.

The location is good, 8-10 min walking from the city center and close to public transportation. Breakfast and dinner are very good with a nice buffet and many options.

You pay for what you have. Do not expect luxury. Everything is minimal but functional. The rooms are poorly insulated. The couple living next door kept moaning and groaning. It's pretty irritating and awkward.

This is the hotel with the most reasonable price we've found in Rovaniemi during high season. The breakfast is decent, with a small sauna which is really helpful after a day of activities.

The position of the hotel is very close to the city centre and the bus station. The staff is very kind and at your disposal for advice. The breakfast is very good, I like it!

Rooms should be ventilated. I initially considereed taking rhe roons in hostel at back but it had unpleasant scent so I took hotel room. On ground floor you could hear people talking in parking lot but that wasn't often.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, have dinner option.. Not too far from center. Have storage room for luggage.

It was noisy late at night. Since it was warm, the windows were open. Some people left the engines of diesel cars running and talked loudly for a long time. Falling asleep was a problem. As I understand it, these people were not residents of the hotel. Apparently, the staff should somehow regulate events on the territory of the hotel.

In general, the location of the hotel, Parking and the price are very suitable. On the positive side, there is a buffet in the evening for a very reasonable price and you can eat right at the hotel.

The Christmas stars in the windows were kept illuminated all the time so even with the blinded curtains closed there was a bit of yellow light bleeding into the room at night. Also the bathroom drain was partly blocked so the shower water didnt drain so well. Small problem really.

Perfect travellers hotel. Good breakfast with vegetarian options. Comfortable bed,spacious room. Very near to city center and to Arktikum and Korindum museums. Friendly staff. I noticed there was regular bus service to one of the nearby outdoor skiing centers and many skiiers seemed to be happily staying at the hotel. Probably a 10 minute ride to the skiing center.
