Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineEverything has seen better days, it's still functioning and decently fixed but for windows((( they're impossible to open so be prepared to suffocate If window would open it would work for the money but without it it was the worst sleep in years.
Good location, free parking, friendly and efficient staff, nice terrace in the quiet yard, decent breakfast.

EstoniaIt was so dirty- floors, bathroom, walls, windows, mirror, light switches, taps etc. Breakfast was left in the room minibar, there was no breakfast options so if you have dietary restrictions then you probably will be hungry. The hotel has very thin walls and doors, we could hear and smell everything being done throughout the night. Someone burnt or over boiled something in the middle of the night. You get one free cup of coffee from the lounge coffee machine with your breakfast but when we arrived there was no staff anywhere so we couldn't buy coffee the day before. People were being loud until 4am making my dog freak out and bark as well. Unless your dog or cat is very chill this is not the best place for pets.
It has a great location if you just want to sleep and are not planning to visit Turku itself. Linens and towels were clean.

FinlandOur room was not good at all. It looked like it would need some renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable. Especially for a couple. The night left our back aching. We got our breakfast in a paper bag since the restaurant was under renovation. No spoons in that bag for the yogurt so we could not eat it. The bathroom door did not work. The door did not close and lock did not work. Not nice.
Quite convenient when coming with a car. Staff was decent at the property but made a mistake about the breakfast.

FinlandNo air conditioning in the room. It was difficult to sleep during the summer heat wave. The window opened only partly to improve ventilation, it was not effective. The street noise was very loud.
