The room and the bathroom are extremely small. The shower doesn't even have the shower gel or a hair dryer. It was a bit cold. We tried switching on the electric heater, but it smelled so bad that we had to turn it off.

Self-service check-in. Water from shower stays in the shower area instead of splashing all over the room. Thick curtains that block the light more or less effectively. Location is not close to the centre, but easily accessible by pubic transport (about 30 mins from the centre).

Seeing trash behind building was depressing, and we didn't enjoy having to mop bathroom floor after shower.

Staff person took my anxious phone call and advised me, in English, what bus to take to get from train station to hotel. He went to some trouble to find this information.

It wasn't silent. The refrigerator inside was loud. The doors of the corridor and other rooms, shower and spooling could be heard.

The room was very noisy. The little fridge made a lot of noise and we heard everyone else come and go throughout the night. Quite an expensive night for this level of accommodation and no breakfast available at weekends nearby.

Basic, fairly clean facilities in a good location if travelling by car. The entry code was provided in a timely way and the instructions were very clear.

Wifi is week in the basement rooms. No separate recycling bins in the kitchen area.

Very good location. Bakeries, restaurants and shops within walking distance. There are no staff at the property, which was fine as all the instructions were sent to me before arrival.

Nothing really. It matched my expectations. Only thing to be aware of is there is no lift so you will have to carry your case up a stairs.

Room was basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was away from city centre but there was a bus stop close by with very frequent busses to the centre.

The walls are thin and it is possible to hear what is going on outside the door very clearly, which I did not like, because I woke up every time someone walked in the corridor and also a dog from someone’s room was barking at night. Also, the fridge is loud in my opinion. There is a canalisation smell in the bathroom.

The corridors were dirty and parts of the room were not well cleaned. But we got what we paid for. It would have felt safe if there had been a number to call in case there would be any trouble. We were two women staying by ourselves and some of the guests felt a little scary the way they looked at us.

It was cheap, it had free parking, the beds were clean and there was a coffee machine in the common space. Easy to reach without going into heavy traffic.

This 'hotel' is more like a hostel: no staff on site, bins and towels weren't changed during a 4 night stay. The 'kitchen' consists of two microwaves, a coffee machine and fridge in a corridor, there isn't even a sink / water. It advertises having a sauna, but customers aren't allowed to use this unless they have booked one of two specific rooms, all other guests don't have access to this, so it shouldn't be advertised as a facility. I rang the helpline to query this and they were of no assistance and told me to email the owner who was rude and no help either. I had to go and pay for entry to a nearby water park to get use of a sauna. The smoking area directly outside of the entrance is a safety issue in my opinion, as I returned a couple of times to groups of men smoking outside the door and didn't feel safe to go and enter my door code, which is the same code that you use on your room. Smoking area should be moved elsewhere, as it also made the entrance stink. The shower in my room was mouldy and faulty, it would keep going cold even on the hottest temperature, and the bidet? shower would leak every time I turned the sink tap on, causing the bathroom floor to be wet and slippy. The fridge made very loud noises, inconsistently and other guests were loud late and night and early in the morning with thin walls meaning that I didn't get a lot of sleep or rest.

No wifi No codes were given to me until i arrived. Had i arrived later than I did (after 7+ I would've been very 'nervous' arriving with no code and no idea of how to check in. It all worked out that way, but I'll never stay at an unmanned hotel again. I received a code via email the day i checked out!

Absolutely NO wifi reception.......could not get any work done! Never had this happen in my month-long trip!
