We had a perfect stay at Rakuuna! The breakfast is great, the room is lovely and location ideal!

We wished there was a restaurant option at the hotel, or a cafe.

Very clean. Game room and the kitchen area were nice. But it may be challenging when it is crowded. The hotel was almost empty when we were there.

The room was very comfortable, modern and spacious (over 20 sqm). The staff was very supportive e.g. with calling a taxi or printing a document for travel. There was a kitchen on the floor with possibilities to sit and dine. The location of the hotel is rather close to one of the shopping centers (Armada) and the center (incl. Isokristiina Mall) are easily reachable by foot. Very good value for money.

This hotel is more than perfect, beautiful and clean hotel, quiet, the staff is super helpful (special thank you for Jani!). The breakfast is complete, healthy and fresh, diverse and unlimited. The neighbourhood is close to the centre. There is a kitchen/living room, we could make our own dinner there, which is an absolute extra. This hotel is truest amazing, thank you!

The hotel location is little bit far from train station. We were at Christmass and public transport did not work and we have to walk to the hotel. If the hotel room rate would be little bit lower I may stay in Lappeenranta longer at least 2-3 days and more in my next travel to Tampere.

The breakfast was good. The hotel location close to Lappeenranta fortress and centre. Game room was good, where we could play table tennis and other games. The surrounding area with park is beautiful.

The location is great. The room is well designed and so comfy. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was amazing. It was great that it was possible touse the sauna and jacuzzi. The common area was so cosy and well decorated.

Air ventilation did not work in our bathroom/toilet. Longer opening hours of the sauna and jacuzzi would be great.

Terribly hard to find even allowing for roadworks - we drove around for 10 minutes - needs clearer direction and a easily visible sign.

Perhaps, a bit old bathroom: shower space, but we stayed only one night and it wasn't too big deal. Nothing more to mention. We liked the place very much.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exactly what we like. Personnel was welcoming and hospitable. We were given a baby bed (without preordering it): that was surprising and pleasant! And there is common kitchen in the hotel. We, for example, fed our baby in there with purees and drank tea (and kept our food in the fridge)

Breakfast spread was limited, but they had the basics of a Finnish continental breakfast:meats, cheeses, breads, cucumbers, desserts, etc.

Very modern hotel in a converted army barracks. It makes for a very comfortable stay at a unique location.

Room was cold even shutting down the air conditioning. Breakfast rooms are way too small.
