The motion sensors for the entrance light are not very responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying in this cozy and charming apartment located right in the heart of the city, just a ten-minute walk from both the railway and bus stations. An S-Market is conveniently located just a stone's throw away. Additionally, there is an array of delightful restaurants nearby for those who enjoy dining out. It's remarkably quiet both inside and in the courtyard, ensuring a tranquil stay. And to top it off, we dried out here after strong rain🙂 Furthermore, the owner thoughtfully provided detailed instructions for using the flat, making your stay hassle-free. sofa bed was not comfort. dining table is not practical. lavatory was too small to wash your face.

the location was excellent. its near to a supermarket and tram station. walking distance to the stroma.

We literally walked in and then walked back out and found a different bnb. It smelt, looked and was unclean and the owner never communicated with us until the day. I wouldn’t bother with this place.

I usually only write positive reviews but in this case I have to warn anyone who wants to reserve this flat. The flat had not been properly cleaned, I avoid sharing pictures for decency. Bathroom: shower not clean (hair present), hand soap watered down, no toilet paper. Kitchen: dish soap absent, leftover food in the sink, various remnants of food on the floor, likely food from previous housemates open in the fridge and I could go on. Bedroom: clean but stained linen.

The house was not clean, there were no towels for the face, there was no toilet paper, the kitchen was not clean.

The apartment wasn't very clean. The kitchen utensils were dirty and pots/pans were old and worn. The bathroom toilet had a poop-smear on the bowl when we moved in. The toilet seat cover wasn't securely attached and fell off the first time we tried to use it. The bathroom was old and worn. The couch was not comfortable for sleeping. Not an ideal place to stay for more than a quick 1-night layover with 2 small kids. No separate space to work remotely. Had to sit in the bathroom to take a phone call for work. The code that the host gave us to get through the gate into the courtyard where the keys were placed was not correct. We got lucky that someone was coming out of the courtyard and we could go in, but each subsequent time we would leave, someone had to stay back at the apartment to open the courtyard gate for us. This was very inconvenient. Parking was difficult to find. There was no door to the bathroom - just one large studio. Weak WiFi signal - fast internet, but didn't work well from the bedroom or bathroom.

The property keys were in a hidden location that was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located. Reasonable studio.

Apartments was not ready when we arrived, and even when we gave axtra time to cleaning person, he didn't do his job well, in addition we were not provided with toilet paper and paper towel, only tiniest remaining from previous guest.

Location was the only good thing about this place.

We received information about the keys only when I contacted the owner from the airport. I would suggest future visitors to contact him 2-3 days before the arrival to avoid nervousness after arrival. Windows overview courtyard of the tenement house whoch gets quite loud early in the morning (rolling barrels, throwing garbage).

The apartment is small, but had everything that we needed. I highly appreciate the localisation, close to the city center as well as to a very nice part of the seaside. There is a big market near the flat.

Elevator would have been great with strollers but its not a problem, apartement is in first floor so easy to carry strollers there.

The apartment is very nice, cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. The owner was always available and replied me quickly. Neighbourhood is nice and calm. You can reach everything in a few minutes. There is a gate so only authorized people can enter the building. I recommend it!

There's not even a kettle in the room. When the couch is unfolded, it is impossible to get from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Hello. The lessor didn'n give me the keys. I called to him since 12.00 he didnt pick up the phone a halh day, and at 15.30 wen we were there he wrote thet he is not in the town. We didnt stay there. Pleas sent my money back. It was horeble to came to the appartment with kids and not get inside.
