The second bedroom is relatively small, and the two beds in it are narrow (I think with a 60cm-width). While this might not be an issue for most people, it could be challenging for those who are physically larger. The key transfer would have cost €25 at the apartment because of the late check-in. Instead, I drove to the service office and got the key there. That was quick, with no cost :-)

The appartment is very clean and comfortable. The highlights for me are the spacious, bright living room, the sauna and an open kitchen. We enjoyed the stay there very much. The communication with the Gella service (Mr. Parikka) was smooth. He waited for the key transfer even untill 10:30 pm. Thanks again for your assistance.

Nothing, Everything was perfect for us.

There were 3 of us who were in HEL for just a few days prior to leaving for ROV. All facilities and amenities present including sauna, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, enough utensils, and kitchenware for 3/more. The rooms & bathrooms were clean and no cons were found. Katariina met us to hand over the keys and gave a thorough explanation of everything and the facilities included. She was super kind & also suggested the route we should take and informed us where the tram stops, and details on the nearest railways station & main railway station. She was also kind enough to give us some directions to nearby places including the supermarket. The location was perfectly central, the tram was a few hundred meters away, but the nearest metro was not far away. We gladly walked to the station and the supermarket (700m walk), so if you’re young and full of energy, you’d enjoy it. The apartment is also super near (15 minute walk) to the West Terminal 2 (ferry to Tallinn, Estonia). We walked to the harbor in the morning and during the evening, and had no problems. However the roads may be a little bit icy (end of Feb- winter season), so proper boots would be the best. The WiFi was stable and great for the use of 3 inclusive of another friend who had to prioritize work for a while. Overall, we felt absolutely at home. Would definitely stay again when we visit HEL.

The place is spacious and clean. The Bed is comfortable. There is a sauna inside the apartment. The location is very convenient and it not faraway from city centre. It is very easy to get to the city centre by public transportation. There is a tram stop just outside the apartment. It is also very quite.

Great location with easy access to public transport as well as within 20 minutes walk to city centre. The host met us to hand over the keys and provide detailed explanation of the apartment. The place is nicely decorated and fully equipped with all basic facilities. The supermarket is nearby and accessible within the building complex. The studio apartment even has a suana which is a pleasant surprise. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Helsinki.

It was a perfect location and a great apartment. Very well equipped and well maintained. A great kitchen with all appliances was a perfect setting for a short or a long stay. Bonus was the Sauna. Used a few times!!!

Since its a service apartment, certain basic items like sugar, salt, pepper were expected but not available.

The place was clean and tidy, and made us feel at home. The living room was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances.

The apartment was very warm from the sun entering it. The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t help cool the lounge/dining room.

We arrived after promised time, but it was no problem for an employee of Gella and he waited for us a little bit longer. He gave us keys with all the information, we needed. The apartman was next to supermarket and really near to centrum. Thanks to this apartman, we had amazing time in Helsinki.
