Average to me, rooms are nice. However, the beds are low quality, it was like a hole to lay on.

Bed covers and bedding were quite dirty, especially having hair from previous residents. Duvet was also dirty and smaller than its cover making for an uncomfortable arrangement. Beds were not made in advance. Common areas were quite cold. No staff at check in although some may prefer the self check in option. Towels and toiletries available but at an additional cost.

Spacious accommodation. Ample sized beds with privacy curtains, lights and sockets. Kitchen and dining facilities. Clean premises. Sauna on site. Location close to airport and Santa park. Supermarket a 10-min walk away. A very social environment, easy to meet other guests.

The water in the shower wasn't warm, which was hard with the cold... There was no heater in the bathroom neither :/ Also it's a bit abusive that we have to pay €10 for the washing machine.

The room and the bed are very comfy, it really feels like home it's cocooning. The kitchen is amazing as well. The hostel is also surrounded by beautiful nature, I loved it!

Very convenient budget option close to the airport. The curtain on the beds offers privacy in the dorm. Quiet surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen, hot shower.

Building heating system is not very good overall

The capsule bed is surprisingly warm and spacious, kitchen is well equip but the cooktop and oven cannot be use anymore. So we can still cook with a rice cooker and microwave. Shared shower and wc are clean spacious and tidy.

It it a walking distance from Santa Claus’ village and a local supermarket - everything else is accessible through cabs or local busses. Very lovely hosts and clean hostel. Made some lovely friends and saw the northern lights! There are curtains in each hostel bed, and a quiet time after 10pm-7am to allow people to sleep.

The electric cooker brokedown and I couldn't cook myself some food. That was frustrating.

The location was good, just 20mins walk to Santa village and 30 minutes walk to the observatory tower for aurora sightings. The young lovely staff was very friendly and informative.

Don't have a lock in the shower, don't have staff during the night, my friend and I had a problem because of this, one customer drank a lot and made noise our last night and he started an argument with another customer.

It's a beautiful hostel, quite and it's a twenty-minute walk from Santa Klaus Village.

Everything was good

The hostel was very good, everything was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. excellent staff. It is a bit far from Rovaniemi center but close to Santa Claus village and the airport.

I love the location of the hostel, the only downside is that the pillow and bedside covers are not very clean. There are streaks of hair that do not belong to me. Otherwise, it is value for money!

We weren't informed about the oven/hob limited use upon arrival.

My friend and I stayed here as a convenient place to stay when we arrived at Rovaniemi late. The location is good and the facilities are good. It's good for the price. The only issue we had was that the oven and hob were not available without request due to the war. However, we didn't come across this issue elsewhere and if there really was an issue then why leave lights on throughout the building?

It was extremely slippery at the entrance/parking lot as they did not sand it down or at least not enough The phone of the guy at reception was CONSTANTLY beeping, which was a tad annoying at some point Shame that the sauna was at an extra cost and enough people had to book to even use it

Very good location (20 minute walk to Santa Claus Village) and good price! The bed was comfy and there are many loos available.( I've not used the kitchen facilities so can't comment on them)
