During our recent stay, we faced an issue with the access code provided for the apartment. Upon calling for assistance, we were directed to a Finnish-language voicemail, where we left a message requesting a callback. Thankfully, it only took about 5 minutes for us to receive a return call from the apartment management, resolving the situation promptly. Also the apartment was quite cold. (Not the bathroom)

The soundproofing could have been better. I heard a loud family from other room and needed to buy earplugs. Also the sound of the metro was heard.

I liked the room itself. The room was modern and clean and included all what is needed for a short stay. It was also a very easy access to the property.

There is a bit of an issue with the bathroom sewage, especially for the toilet, which I think they know because there's a pump available next to the toilet.

The room is a decent size and it has all you need, not many colors but clean and neat. The kitchen is well equiped, the room is nice and warm, the beds are confortable (yet take into consideration the twin beds are 200 x 80cm), the bathroom is ok and has all you need, it's not very spacious but it's ok. It's all just enough and just right, I can't say anything bad about it but can't say I adored it either :)) You have a microwave, a fridge, an electric stove, a water boiler mug, a coffee filter + tea, coffee, condiments available, all the necesarry things to make you feel welcomed. The host was nice and friendly and we got our instructions ready, we checked into the room a bit earlier even, can't complain about anything. Overall it's a very decent stay. Next to the building you have a supermarket with stuff, and 10-15mins away / an uber ride, you have Lidl and some other grocery shops.

It takes some time to get to the center of Helsinki, but that was part of the deal. Two metro stations nearby.

Well, it's a loft, was probably an office or something. You get a parking lot in front of the main door. But the windows open to a forest, the metro is not that noisy, the room spacy, warm enough (you get electric heaters in addition to the central heating). Could stay there longer :)

It is not far from the train, but walking on the ice can be tedious if you are not used to it. In the summer, no problem.

The only drawback of this hotel is its location. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the nearest metro station. And the station is located on the outskirts of Helsinki. But compared to the price of the hotel it's ok.

I liked this hotel a lot. Standard double room, very nice and clean. There was also a filter coffee maker with really good coffee, which coffee lovers would appreciate.

Faultless.

Check in instructions were flawless and this was the most stress free accommodation I have ever had! Clean and warm, and the hot shower was particularly nice after a cold day. The smart TV allowed me to log into Netflix for some home comforts also.

It is a little far away from the city (more than half an hour with the metro) and a 20 minutes walk from the metro station (for me wasn't a problem), there are many bus stops in walking distance (bus for the airport is 10 min) Even with closed blinds the lights from the supermarket were disturbing

Very comfortable and clean and well equiped apartment. A very good value in a refurbished industrial building (very nice designed).
