Right in the centre of town, clean, quiet, a place to sleep and have a shower, parking in an inside yard (safe for car), price for car + 2 people 160 Euros = 40/person/night which is OK.

We had a window right to the street, at street level, so all the noise people made there at night were heard. Also there was literally one (1) shower for all the guests, so I didn't even bother trying to queue. Bedside tables would've been nice, as now the eyeglasses/book/phone was on the floor for the night.

The location was very good and everything was very clean. Shared kitchen had everything we needed.

We knew that the room would be compact, but it actually has some extra room for additional furniture. Any possibility to store clothes would have been appreciated. Two pegs nailed inside the door is not really sufficient, and the only option after that was the floor. There was only a small window giving to the yard, it was hazed and not see-through, but there were no curtains whatsoever to block out the bright spring sun, which did affect the quality of sleep.

Johanssonin talo is located very conveniently only a block away from the central shopping area, with a big grocery store right next to it and just a short walk from the railway/bus station. The place was quiet - there were only a few guests, probably that's why, but our room was peaceful also because it was on the courtyard side of the house and not facing the street. Everything was nicely kept and clean, and although the house was beautifully old, you can find all the modern conveniences. The doors work with codes, so no need to carry keys, and once you get the idea and memorize the 6-digit code, it's a great and hassle free way to let yourself in. Nice little kitchen, very handy, and clean bathroom facilities. Was nice to also have a small fridge in the room. The bed and bedding was super comfy. Very helpful and accommodating staff + rare and generous checkout time: you're allowed to stay until noon.

The only things I really missed were a colander and kitchen towels in the kitchen.

My room was great and the possibility was there to cook in the common kitchen. There was coffee present and the location is awesome.

There are only some minor points which could be mentioned and are more personal preferences. I would like the pillow to be a bit thicker and harder. Furthermore, it would be nice to have sockets and lamps next to the bed as well. In the bathroom, a bench or chair to put stuff on would have been lovely. It would be great to not have disposable coffee cups next to the coffee machine, but use stoneware (or similar) cups to be more sustainable.

The bed was very comfy and the room had a lovely ambience. Besides, the staff helped us kindly with the questions that we had. The kitchen was modern and had all amenities we needed. There was also a dishwasher which is a nice luxury. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Very close to city centre, so location is very nice. There was a common kitchen for making food and there was a fridge in the room.

In my room, 215, there was not curtain. No matter right now on winter but perhaps for the summer season would be appropiate to stop the light from the window.

Exceptionally pleasant hotel located in a historical building. It's located just near the Artisan's Quarter and you can city centre just in a few minutes. Had a really deep and sweet sleep there 😊
