Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perfect location next to slopes, city centre and frozen lake (for northern lights). Very good vegan options for breakfast absolutely loved it. Spacious rooms and you’ve your own sauna. Staff is also amazing. Microwave available for use next to the kitchen. Stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable.

Lovely hotel just 5 mins walk to ski slopes. Stayed many times before new addition of safes and small fridge in rooms a great bonus now. Comfortable spacious rooms and excellent housekeeping.

the location is fantastic and just a short walk to shops and restaurants not to mention the slopes! the sauna was a real plus.

BelgiumOur room didn't get any cleaning during our 4-night stay, I'm not sure why since we were gone for a few hours every day at different times doing activities. Luckily we are very tidy people :)
A great location, sauna in the room is a huge plus and the breakfast buffet was amazing. There are reindeer to feed, and there's a spot at a 5 minute walk where you can easily see the northern lights.

Easy walking distance to Levi and walks along the frozen lake and forest trails. Friendly helpful staff, wish we had stayed longer! SwedenBed linnen not upp to cleaning standards, we had to request a changen of linnens. Wifi not working, due to "maintenance"? No day to day cleaning, exept upon request. Staff polite but obviously overstretched, owners to blame. Why the need to go cheap when the hotel is fully booked?
Room with 4 beds. Spacious, with a loft. Breakfast as expected, quite ok and a strong point. A bit tired hotel, but spacious and with good location. No party guests, no nightlife location, which we liked.

United KingdomThe only negative i have is that the Reception staff I found very rude and unhelpful and no cleaning in the room.
Good location just a short walk to town and to the ski slopes. The room was lovely and big with a sauna and drying unit for the clothes. There was no cleaning service offered due to covid. Breakfast was lovely and fresh.
