The Hotel is very dated, especially the bathroom, was fine for 1 night.

It was a quick stopover from Rovaniemi just for 1 night. Was a comfortable stay and we moved on in morning.

During my stay, there was no reception service to be found. I found this to be disappointing.

The room is decent. The hotel is located next to the bus stop (bus that takes you to Levi) and it’s very close to the airport.

It does not full fill what the pictures promises on booking.com The gym was nothing like the pictures! All the equipment were just in a small room but you can't really train there. There was also no wellness area although it was on the board. Most of the Hotel was close and not used.

The hotel is small, thus the number of staff personnel is also small. Don't expect the reception desk to be open 24/7. However, there is a phone number, which you can use to solve almost any issue or to ask your question.

Nice small hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was also sauna that turned to be quite useful after skiing in Levi. The resort is nearby, so no problem to stay in Kittilä and go to Levi every day by car. The breakfast is good. I also noticed a car charger on the wall of the hotel. It may be useful for somebody.

We came there just to spent extra day after week at Levi. There's nothing wrong with Kittilä city. The hotel itself was fine and only thin I was missing were the city and city attractions itself. Those were all closed (Palsa museum, for example).

The place is clean although a bit outdated, but definitely clean and in middle of the city center. Kittilä city center is not the tourist center like everything else at Kittilä is. The breakfast was excellent and way better I was expecting. Also there's ski trails next to the hotel (~500m) and reindeesr about the same distance. That is kind of neat. We went for 20k skiing and had sauna at hotel afterwards. So yes it's cool place, but this is pretty much for the workers and not for the tourists (nothing to do with the hotel it self). Sauna was excellent as well.

Breakfast was plane. At 5 am the snow truck was cleaning the parking lot, so no sleep for me. The room was too hot, and no control for the heating, and opening the window wasn't enough. The shower was poorly constructed, the water run underneath the frame, so all the floor was wet.

Clean, easy check in with a lock box, because we arrived at night.

Bathroom water was drilling outside the trail. Not very clean bed, found few hair... Free Hot beverage welcome would be appreciate.

Very good instructions for keys while arriving late. Breakfast included quite satisfying.

I did not meet anyone from the hotel. At 17h reception closes so it is just speechless….they were supposed to open at 9am and was closed so during my stay I did not see any staff. I left at 11am and still no sign of employees there. So strange….Picked up my keys from a safe box. Dropped again in a safety box. The key was not working very well so I almost got stuck outside my room. Weird place… I understand that at night reception closes but at 17h…. when they do not allow the check in early enough…. The beds were very very very small even for me that I am 172cm….

Location just a few minutes away from Kittila airport and next to supermarkets. For a short stay is ok

The corridors smell of dust. The shower cabin was rickety and was leaking water into the bathroom. The room wasn't well insulated from outside noise. We were woken up at 3am by someone climbing some metal stairs. The beds could've been more comfortable, they were way too soft for our comfort.

Breakfast was hot and tasty. The rooms are tidy and functional. The staff appears to be helpful and open to suggestions and requests.

There could have been someone around to welcome us. There could have been room service. The bread and cake at breakfast could have been fresh. It would have been nice to eat breakfast without the cares of the world booming out from the big TV. The disabled room could have been much nearer to the entrance. There could have been more ventilation in the room. There could have been a grab rail in the disabled shower. The bidet hose could have reached to the WC. There could have been soap dispensers which worked.

We thought that we had booked a price which represented good value for money. But the low price was reflected in the service. The reception was closed and we had to obtain our key from a box outside the door. We had to make our own bed and tidy our room ourselves. Breakfast was OK but the bread and cake were stale. We went to Lapland for peace and quiet. Both mornings a large screen TV was blasting out the news in the Breakfast Room, a disappointing start to the days. Our room was designated as a room for disabled but was at the diametrically opposite side of the hotel from the entrance so those people who are least able to walk must walk further than all other people. The weather was very hot and the only openable window was very small, so we spent two very uncomfortable nights. The shower room had some features for disabled but had no grab rail in the shower, the bidet hose didn't reach to the WC and the soap dispensers, though full, didn't work.

there’s no reception until breakfast time. and our room have no hair dryer so i call the staff and ask for one, they tell me i can get it in sunna, but obviously i didn’t find it. If you have any questions no one can solve the problem and i feel unsafe cuz without reception. You can only contact them by message and phone

the Coffee was pretty bad but otherwise the breakfast was alright. Maybe this was just a bad batch.

Loved the Sauna and the silence. It was a very nice place and I would stay there again.
