The distance from shops. No public transport close by. Wasn’t how we expected going by photos online when booking. TV also positioned so wasn’t easy to view comfortably. The accomodation had a fair few things that could have been updated quite easily to make more comfortable.

The listing implies that "each" apartment has a sauna, but the sauna was a shared sauna in the apartment building, which was a bit disappointing. It is also a bit further from downtown than is suggested (I believe the listing said "a few minutes walk") but it is a bit further.

The couches were comfortable and it was generally clean and nicely equipped.

The bathroom is not as up to date as the kitchen, making it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the studio. Something went wrong in receiving the check-in information, so I had to call the host anyway.

Good location, very kind host, and nice kitchen. It is very easy to explore from this apartment and come back to a cozy place to relax in the evening.

Nothing special to mention, some minor issues a) good to know the fee for bedlinen b) hopefully there will be some hooks for coats or some kind of stand.

Really clean and nice accommodation (1 bedroom apt). Everything was functioning well. Good set of dishes. Tv with a lot of options. Bed really good to sleep . Small balcony. Also great to have a free sauna in the ground floor (very basic but usefull). There also a laundry machine& drying available. Quiet place (well you can hear walking from upstairs but did not bother us). The neighbourhood quiet. Car park free. Nice walk to center. Fluent communication with owner.

Everything was good, no complaints

Very quiet and clean apartment, kitchen is with all the necessary utensils to make your own breakfast. Easy to check in without any contacts, apartment is quite near to town centre although it helps if you have your own transport as there are no restaurants or food store nearby.

The bed line fee should be included in the room price, usually I haven't exact sum of cash. Also the bike fee should be possible to pay using Mobile Pay, not by cash anymore. The bathroom was really small and I also missed some things in the room, like reading light.

Clean and quiet room, nice area. There was on the back yard bikes available, easy to rent.

The sofa in the apartment wasn't like the one in the pictures. It was more outdated but it served its purpose. My stepdaughter noticed the cobwebs on the balcony but it's the beginning of summer so it's also understandable.

If I was traveling with a baby, there are a lot of conveniences like a baby bath tub and baby ware for the kid. Björn the owner gave full and clear instructions. I could not find the photo attachment but we just parked in front of the building. The code for the door was also very convenient.

Sauna was very basic, but at least it was flexibly available! We had a problem with toilet flushing, and they promised to fix it after we left.

The host Björn was very friendly and helpful! It was a nice quiet neighborhood, not too far from downtown. We liked the style of the apartment, it was clean and in good condition. The door was easy to open by code. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out hours when asked - it was not a high season though. We highly recommend this place!

It would have been nice to have proper reading lights in the bedroom. The wall socket in the kitchen should probably be repaired or changed.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment in “the grey house”. It was clean, very spacious , and very comfortable. Nice area within walking distance of the city center and easy to reach by car.

The photos are significantly misleading, presenting an entirely different representation of the apartment. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the discrepancy between the advertised images and the reality of the apartment. The room was cramped and in poor maintenance, evident by numerous wall holes. As depicted in the photos, the kitchen appeared modern and well-equipped, but it was far from reality. Outdated appliances, minimal utensils, and the promised dishwasher's absence made cooking a significant challenge. Furthermore, the issue extended to the thin walls, allowing every external sound to infiltrate the apartment, severely affecting my ability to have a peaceful night's rest. When I attempted to address my concerns with the host regarding the vast disparity between the advertised photos and the actual apartment, I was dismissed. The host claimed that the images of the current flat were included among the other photos but failed to provide clear instructions on how to discern which apartment would be allocated upon arrival. Additionally, the actual photos of the apartment I stayed in were deceptively intermingled with images of more appealing apartments on Booking.com. Also, the owner mentioned that we were lucky and probably should be grateful because we got a bigger apartment (29 sqm) + balcony (6 sqm) with a private washing machine... All of the mentioned facilities are listed and mentioned in the place's description, so it's not clear to me where was the "luck". In light of this misleading representation, I am attaching real photos of where I stayed. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution and carefully consider their choices before booking this apartment.

The process of checking in and checking out was straightforward and uncomplicated. The apartment was clean except for dead insects in the lamp in the kitchen and a clogged vent.
