Just one minor thing. We asked the concierge to book us a taxi to the airport. We found out that it was a big van for just a couple with carry ons which cost us nearly twice the normal price

I wanted to give a full 10/10 but during our stay there was a (false) fire alarm in the morning. The issue with this was that we could barely hear the alarm into our room. I do not think I would be woken up by that noise if I was in a deep sleep. This made me feel unsafe

Communication and the online "guest area" were really good. All information was available behind one click. The check-in was easy and I loved the "cleaned with love" sticker on the door. There was a polaroid camera in the room that you could use. In addition, there was a series of charges for phones if you forgot yours. And we actually did! So thank you for that. In general, everything in the room felt thought through and even though I did not meet a single staff member I still felt welcomed to the apartment. Thank you for an amazing stay!

If I have to point out a few small things, I would say that the training room needs to be heated. It will also be a perfect add to the concept, and will make it even more attractive for guests, to give guests access to a sauna facility. Depending on the length of the stay, it could be a couple of access to ALLAS sauna, which is close to the hotel. But these belong to "small things department" :-).

A perfect location within walking distance to almost everything. A super clean room/hotel. The tram runs right in front of the door. A good and varied breafast. Although it is a reception-free concept, you never feel alone.. fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, the well-equipped kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks whenever I desired. Additionally, having a grocery store and restaurant conveniently located on the ground floor added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay. We very much enjoyed our stay in our appartement, which had all the home appliances needed when staying for a week. Kitchen is well equipped and our deluxe apartment also included a wash/dry machine. The close proximity to the city, the supermarket on our doorstep and so many restaurants to choose from. Great!

The room was very nicely furnished and everything was provided. Even a Polaroidcamera. There is a Supermarket right below the rooms, which is really convinient. We enjoyed our stay.

The service was poor. There is a code necessary to enter the building and no email was ever sent to me providing it. Happily someone was online and picked up the phone when I called asking. Also, the receptionist at the concierge was never present and we had issues picking up our luggage we had dropped there, as she didn’t want to work her hours and leave earlier.

It’s a beautiful apartment extremely well located and with many perks. Bob W really does a great job

The absence of a bar of soap/ liquid soap near the wash basin to wash hands. I went and bought it so it didn't bother me but it could be a concern for some people

Everything is excellent. The location is central. I loved the rooms, everything was meticulous and clean. The rooms were comfortable and big and equipped with everything. The little Polaroid camera in the rooms is such a cute gesture! The staff were available via WhatsApp and were extremely prompt and helpful in re-allocating our rooms at 10pm at night. The supermarket, restaurants and salon located within the building is an added bonus. There is bar also a stone's throw away. Everything is great, I'd recommend this over a hotel anyday!

The property is very clean and has all type of amenities (coffee maker, washing machine, smart TV). It’s indeed a very cozy and calm place located very close to the city center (you can either walk or take the tram). In an expensive place like Helsinki, the price for value of this apartment is really good!

This place exceeded our expectations: the room, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the comfortable bed, the grocery store/restaurants downstairs, the Tesla for hire (!), the responsiveness of staff via WhatsApp.

The fire alarm was triggered again. We have stayed here 3 times so far and never without the fire alarm. 1st time was in the morning last June, 2nd time was early in the morning (7:00) last October and 3rd time was late at night (23:30) this February. Of course it's nice to have the fire alarm system but it's not nice to have false alarm all the time. I recommend to adjust the sensitivity of the fire alarm. The shampoo was almost empty from the beginning and I asked them to fill it but they didn't. Next day I asked again and what they brought us was body shampoo (I noticed when I took shower).

This is the thrid time for us to stay here and we got the room upgrade. The room is big enought for 2 person. All equipments work well and we were satisfied.

Be careful to have taken note of your personnal code for the room and building before your arrive. Some travelers could prefer to have someone downstairs rather than everything beeing fully remote, that’s why I put only 9/10

I really wanted to give this place a score of 10/10 but unfortunately there were just a few negatives. There are no staff on site, and they were often slow to respond to whatsapp messages which felt like a letdown (but when they did eventually reach out, they were very friendly and enthusiastic). We were told we could leave our bags in the “reception” room on the ground floor but when we went down there, no one was there to meet us. Things like the sauna and tesla are managed by third parties so it wasn’t very straight forward to book these things; we didn’t get to use them. The polaroid camera was flat and needed more film; there was a miscommunication with staff about bringing the extra film so I waited but it turned out I could have gone to find it myself. The “spa” on the ground floor isn’t an actual spa in that they only do (very expensive) massages; it doesn’t have a spa pool or sauna. Apart from the supermarket which is always open, most of the other shops/restaurants in the complex seemed to be closed over the weekend. The smoke alarm in our room had very bright lights that were constantly flashing; not a huge deal but were noticeable when trying to fall asleep.

This is one of those places that shows us just how far the travel industry has come. Easy self check-in with door codes confirmed the night before arrival. The property/room was fantastic - Chic, modern, very spacious, clean, quiet, it has an elevator, excellent location on central tram lines with a stop right outside. I really liked the brick wall in our room. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had great water pressure, nice shower gel. The big TV had great reception and channel selection. The mood lighting was perf. We used the kitchenette to cook breakfast. I liked being able to communicate with staff via whatsapp. The yoga mats were a nice touch, the polaroid camera was pretty cool, and I still use the complementary reusable tote bag. Also the fact that the apartments are in a building complex with so many things right downstairs like the supermarket, hair salon, cafe/restaurant, massage parlour - it all really helped us to feel at home. So convenient, we always looked forward to going back to the room at the end of the day. But my favourite thing is their commitment to the environment e.g. recycling bins, reusable drink bottles to borrow, no pointless plastic with mini toiletries, timers on the electric towel rail so you don’t waste power, the tesla you can hire, and more. I fully support the ethos of this company. Overall, good value with competitive pricing. We would happily stay again. I could live there.
