We were lacking information about routines. Maybe too easy to check in and out - we did not understand if we were supposed to notify anyone when leaving for example… We stayed two nights and there was no information available on if and how much we were supposed to clean etc. There were signs about recycling trash in the basement, which we assumed was meant for long term guests - but it wasn’t really clear.

Everything was supereasy and convenient! Very clean and nice room.

In order to get to my room I needed to enter the code for 3-4 different doors, which is great from a security standpoint but can get annoying. Not really a big deal though

The property had excelent location right next to a tram stop and grocery store. The room was clean and had everything I would need, including extra chargers in case I forgot mine. The best thing for me was the polaroid camera, that allowed me to take polaroid pictures to bring home for memories.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable. And some extra towels would have been great too. Breakfast place as we understood had changed suddenly and the new place didn’t have real breakfast options.

Location and many shops and restaurants in the same building. The room was very clean , had enough space for the 3 of us, kitchen was amazing and the bathroom big and comfortable. Tran stop right outside the front entrance. Walking distance to all sights and city center.

Just one minor thing. We asked the concierge to book us a taxi to the airport. We found out that it was a big van for just a couple with carry ons which cost us nearly twice the normal price

I wanted to give a full 10/10 but during our stay there was a (false) fire alarm in the morning. The issue with this was that we could barely hear the alarm into our room. I do not think I would be woken up by that noise if I was in a deep sleep. This made me feel unsafe

Communication and the online "guest area" were really good. All information was available behind one click. The check-in was easy and I loved the "cleaned with love" sticker on the door. There was a polaroid camera in the room that you could use. In addition, there was a series of charges for phones if you forgot yours. And we actually did! So thank you for that. In general, everything in the room felt thought through and even though I did not meet a single staff member I still felt welcomed to the apartment. Thank you for an amazing stay!

If I have to point out a few small things, I would say that the training room needs to be heated. It will also be a perfect add to the concept, and will make it even more attractive for guests, to give guests access to a sauna facility. Depending on the length of the stay, it could be a couple of access to ALLAS sauna, which is close to the hotel. But these belong to "small things department" :-).

A perfect location within walking distance to almost everything. A super clean room/hotel. The tram runs right in front of the door. A good and varied breafast. Although it is a reception-free concept, you never feel alone.. fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. We very much enjoyed our stay in our appartement, which had all the home appliances needed when staying for a week. Kitchen is well equipped and our deluxe apartment also included a wash/dry machine. The close proximity to the city, the supermarket on our doorstep and so many restaurants to choose from. Great!

The room was very nicely furnished and everything was provided. Even a Polaroidcamera. There is a Supermarket right below the rooms, which is really convinient. We enjoyed our stay.

The service was poor. There is a code necessary to enter the building and no email was ever sent to me providing it. Happily someone was online and picked up the phone when I called asking. Also, the receptionist at the concierge was never present and we had issues picking up our luggage we had dropped there, as she didn’t want to work her hours and leave earlier.

It’s a beautiful apartment extremely well located and with many perks. Bob W really does a great job

The absence of a bar of soap/ liquid soap near the wash basin to wash hands. I went and bought it so it didn't bother me but it could be a concern for some people

Everything is excellent. The location is central. I loved the rooms, everything was meticulous and clean. The rooms were comfortable and big and equipped with everything. The little Polaroid camera in the rooms is such a cute gesture! The staff were available via WhatsApp and were extremely prompt and helpful in re-allocating our rooms at 10pm at night. The supermarket, restaurants and salon located within the building is an added bonus. There is bar also a stone's throw away. Everything is great, I'd recommend this over a hotel anyday!

The property is very clean and has all type of amenities (coffee maker, washing machine, smart TV). It’s indeed a very cozy and calm place located very close to the city center (you can either walk or take the tram). In an expensive place like Helsinki, the price for value of this apartment is really good!

This place exceeded our expectations: the room, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the comfortable bed, the grocery store/restaurants downstairs, the Tesla for hire (!), the responsiveness of staff via WhatsApp.

The fire alarm was triggered again. We have stayed here 3 times so far and never without the fire alarm. 1st time was in the morning last June, 2nd time was early in the morning (7:00) last October and 3rd time was late at night (23:30) this February. Of course it's nice to have the fire alarm system but it's not nice to have false alarm all the time. I recommend to adjust the sensitivity of the fire alarm. The shampoo was almost empty from the beginning and I asked them to fill it but they didn't. Next day I asked again and what they brought us was body shampoo (I noticed when I took shower).

This is the thrid time for us to stay here and we got the room upgrade. The room is big enought for 2 person. All equipments work well and we were satisfied.
