Apartment was dirty. Didn't get a confirmation of which apartment we got until I arrived and called the host. They were all the time messaging me with spam about excursions they tried to sell but not answering my messages about check in time. The main light of the living room didn't work, it was quite dark and uncomfortable for eating dinner, I contacted the property asking if they can fix it and never get a response, they ignore my message and requested me to take the trash out before check out.

Good location, 18 minute walk from central Station or a 15 euro taxi ride. Good facilities inside with Sauna. Angry bird park was at walking distance.

The apartment wasn't clean very well, there were hair of other people and some spots in the bathroom, in the kitchen and on the mattress.

The position is very good, in the center of Rovaniemi, close to all restaurants and services.

Codes sent in many messages were quite confusing. But after few days it was great. I think for a family stay of more than 3days enough toilet paper and hand paper.

This apartment was perfect, comfortable and has all primary necessities to cook a good meal.

I didn't like that there weren't instructions for using the sauna. Not everyone is Finish and know these things. Also, the balcony was closed off with sofa so it seemed inaccessible and it wasn't listed here as an option.

Individual key pick-up. Everything was well explained so there weren't any problems. Although, it was a little bit of a challenge to find the right apartment because some apartments on different floors have the same name. I didn't know I should look for numbers. Also - one key unlocks everything.

Cleaningness can be improved, communication with the host can be improved (we asked info about the car parking and we never got an answer). Inside it was very hot, even reducing the temperature set on the thermostat.

There were no curtains, so it was hard to keep the sun out of the bedroom. There were human hairs on the bedding, which made me wonder if it had been changed. There was no response from the renters when I asked questions. The flat is overlooking a bust street, so it's quite noisy.

Loose wires hanging out of TV. My 1 year old child was trying to pull them wires as they were hanging very low which would of been better if they were hidden.

20-25 minute walk from center is not always easy, especially with the snow. Internet was often not working and when it would, it was quite slow. We found that the dishes had not been cleaned before our arrival. Missing kitchen equipment.

Spacious flat in a new building with elevator. Always had hot water available and heaters to keep the flat warm. Washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. Spacious shower as well.

first day we came we had some problems that weren't really fixed. Most importantly the Wi Fi, it didn't find a connection one day it worked the other it didnt. kitchen appliances need to get renewed, the teapot was untouchable. we boiled our coffee water in a pan. The balcony door knob was broken and was always falling out. lastly the shower has a small button to change the water from the lower tap to the upper handle, it did not work properly, only when the water pressure was very strong and it held it in place. The host tried to help but came when we werent in the apt. and without any notice. so we somehow worked it out.

The location is amazing, 10 minute walk to every destination. The beds are very comfy and the washing machine is very useful although there was no transaltion on it. used the sauna for one night, it was great but takes a long time to heat up. The apartment was heated up automatically and was the exact temperature needed. [it was cold outside] Instructions to collect the keys were easy, the apartment [ apt.#28] was right in front of their office which was great.

The location shown as part of the listing doesn't show the location of the apartments. You could be in a number of locations. Ideally people want to know where they are staying, granted it's not a large city so everything is very walkable. But I'd have liked to know the exact location as I probably wouldn't have booked this apartment though it was very nice as the walk was just that bit too far for my two young children. For couples or older children the location is fine.

The apartment was well equipped, warm and clean. The building was nice and quiet. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need if you wanted to cook yourself and the bathroom was clean and the added sauna was nice.
