Excellent location to explore lake Tuusula by bike and to visit all the many museums. Good room, excellent beds. Good breakfast in the old kartano building. Staff excellent to help us with securing the bikes during the night. We also had dinner in the Mankeli restaurant, ok, but not anything special. Service needs improvement

Hotel is not easy to reach without a car.

Reception service was great, room was spacious and the beds bigger than standard. It was also really nice to be able to book the sauna just for us - we managed to get the last timeslot. Breakfast was lovely and actually the fact that it was in a separate building across the courtyard was nice because then you had a nice walk across there in the fresh morning air.

The fish in the restaurant was nice, but the rest was tasteless and colours were dull.

I attended a concert at the garden and it was well organized. Friendly service, beautiful location, loads of character, nice sauna.

Breakfast must be improved,scrumble eggs served cold in a plate instead to keep it warm. As we arrived at8.30am fresh fruits were almost finished,I asked to replace or to have new,no other fresh fruits were available ( waiter asked in the kitchen), We paid 250 euros per night and if you stay in 4 star hotel it is not acceptable to get this quality of breakfast and even not not to have fresh fruits.This is a standard all over Europe!! Food and beverage manager please improve it!

Everything. The room was big, the beds comfortable and we had a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options!

Only downside in the whole stay was the aircon in the room. There was no adjustment chance, and it was loud. Then again after falling asleep it did not disturb and was able to sleep well through the night.

Property of the hotel was exceptionally nice. Gardens around the houses were nicely kept, and well decorated. Plenty of spaces to just sit and enjoy. The room itself was spacious and clean. Shower the same. Breakfast was served in a separate building and was fantastic with plenty of selection where to choose from.

The staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable. If felt rural even though we were not far from Helsinki airport and it provide a lovely relaxing night before leaving. Food was very good in the restaurant and also an excellent breakfast was included.

- Sauna wasn't really hot enough - While what was there for breakfast was of high quality, the warm options were a bit limited if you're not a big meat eater

Couldn’t take a mark away for anything!

The property itself is very beautiful, almost like it’s own private village. Our room was super lovely & comfortable & it had a very rustic-homely feeling to it. Very tastefully decorated, excellent shower, and extremely clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, & it was huge! The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Overall, we had an excellent stay!!

The windows are not soundproof. I hd the room just over the metal roof and while raining, it had been really waking up. The electricity conections in the room are si-so. Missing el contact on side of the bed. Cables here and there behind the desk and TV shelf. That could be better...

The hotel is not far from Vantaa airport and still outside of the city, close to golf fields and greenery. Two restaurants, I recommend Manteli, which is summer restaurant, though nice, with good food and ambiance. Sauna outside.

Premises will soon need some renovation, breakfast was pretty simple, price/quality so and so.

The villa we stayed in had emergency lights that were very bright of the night time and served no purpose. The villa was obviously a bar or entertainment area previously and still had a lot of catering things that were stored in the cupboards and under the kitchen bench such as glass trays, bulk plates, cups etc. It was also our anniversary and I asked for advice on what they offered for this occasion through email and received no reply or mention when we arrived.

The bed was nice. The sauna was good. The breakfast was excellent
