The sauna by the lake was totally overpriced, multiple times more expensive than saunas with lake dip accesible elsewhere in Finland.

The view from the room, the design, the functionality, convienience of kids bedroom and easy snow access from the terrace. We could use snow boots for the duration of the stay without extra charge. Beds were comfortable, slopes were close though car was needed.

There are some minor points, but in general they did not have a high impact on our impression: - lights! There are lots of them, some are dimmable, some are not, colorful LED stripe etc. Seems like there was lots of attention to that point, but it came out unprofessional at all. First of all they are all different light temperature, which creates a dissonance when turning them on together. The most critical point were bed lights, which are too white and too bright, impossible to use them properly. Also bathroom light is awful, you can’t see your face in the mirror, cause it’s too dark and no light directed onto the face. The additional small mirror with face light was not working. - position of the bed is controversial. Obviously you wanted to make me be able to look in the window, while lying in the bed, but the passage for the second person along the window is very narrow and uncomfortable. - there was a little bit of a dust everywhere when we’ve arrived. Especially on the sockets and less obvious object. - the instructions for the sauna should be more detailed, it’s not clear how to set it up, had to Google it.

We’ve had a great stay in this resort. Staff is very friendly, speaks different languages, open for any questions and inquiries. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. The view is amazing independently from the season. The kitchen is made with care for every detail, you will have anything you need from the plates and cutlery to oil spray and napkins. Some coffee, tea bags, cacao and honey are also provided. The sauna in the bathroom is great and efficient. The bed is very comfortable and with extremely soft pillows and blankets. There is even a heated drying closet for your winter clothes and heated floors. Very good sound isolation, we’ve never heard other guests, street or corridor. We’ve also rented forest skies from the reception, very convenient, you don’t need to go anywhere else. In overall we are extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend the place!

The location is good if you have a car. The suite was stunning, clean and functional and the staff were really helpful. . Viewing the aurora from the lake was fantastic.

Wonderful resort, excellent restaurant, ideal location, close to ski slopes, helpful staff. The view through the window to the lake is perfect. I highly recommend booking a sauna. The apartments are fully adapted for living with children, nicely furnished.

The food price in a restaurant is disproportionately expensive for the portion size and quality. The breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly.

Everything. It’s location. It is also super modern and the apartment can house 4 adults as well as has a sauna. The views from the balcony are just stunning. It’s the perfect winter getaway Good Public transport from Rovaniemi airport. Also very close to Pyhä ski resort. There are many activities you can directly book through the resort. I did. cross country skiing and it was fun. Also ordered the breakfast basket was extremely well Prepared considering my dietary needs 👌As a bonus I was able to see the northern lights from the lake below in the resort on the last day of my stay. Viewing northern lights made my stay more memorable and I wish to had stayed longer

The property was excellently furnished, with all the necessary amenities, prime location close to the ski resort and pyha activities centre. Despite the reception being closed the the hosts were easily contactable and eager to help !!! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet location to really enjoy Lapland !!!

The "restaurant" was a joke. Do not do any dinners here, you are better off cooking at the flat. Also the only staff member we met felt like he just started and was not properly trained. I don't blame him but we got close to no information at all at check in, and anything we asked for was not possible.

The beds and pillows are some of the best that I have tried, and the apartment in general is very nice.

I like everything about the hotel, it's modern, they have everything you need in the room (sauna, kitchen) and the view from our balcony is amazing and it was snowing that day which is made it more beautiful.

Breakfast was amazing with many options, the smoothies tasted so good. The location little bit hard to find, they should put some sign in the front of the resort. But overall our stay was amazing, the staff was friendly.

No AC and it got very hot in the room. This property is more suitable for winter stays. Only 1 small pot which is not sufficient given the appartment is designed for up to 4 adults (otherwise well-equipped kitchen)

There were limited free time slots to avail of the sauna and lake plunge, the hot tub is not included. You are not given a new towel to bring down to the sauna/lake during the free slots (we asked as we knew the towels would get soaked walking up and down from the lake to the sauna in the cold), and towels in the room were not replaced during our stay (4 nights).

The rooms were lovely and spacious and had everything we needed, there was, large terrace balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake where you can capture the northern lights,, kitchen, and sauna - ours had a window in it facing north and could see the northern nights from the sauna :)

1) Restaurant has little options for dinner and it is quite overprices. We literally paid 15eur for a spoon of cake. Only filtered coffee was available. 2) Breakfast options were extremely limited and since breakfast was from 8-10Am, by 9am everything was gone and hotel stuff informed us that no other breakfast produce is left to top up. And this was probably happening because hotel guests were filling up containers with food to go for lunch. 3) The room has limited equipment to cook. 4) Living room was very cold and hardly gets warmed up (we stayed at -30C). 5) car rental is must if you want to travel around, since skibus does not come often (we used omago car sharing option). 6) the only supermarket is 2.3km away
