The one thing that could improve would have to be the bed, it’s time for new beds otherwise the entire stay makes up for it. If you’re not use to drinking tap water, you need to get your own water otherwise still amazing staff and hotel

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing and so kind and attentive. The sauna in the room was fantastic. The breakfast spread had many options suitable for all diet requirements. The hotel experience was one of the best in Europe. The center is a walk away. The area it’s located in has many options for food and a Kmart near by.

THE ONLY THING WHICH WAS LESS THAN PERFECT, WAS THAT THE SHOWER LEAKED THROUGH THE DOOR TO THE FLOOR AND WE HAD TO DRY IT WITH TOWELS. OTHERWISE PERFECT.

THE LARGE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. tHE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY NICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS RICH WITH MANY OPTIONS. EGGS WERE MADE ON THE SPOT ACCORDING TO OUR CHOICE. WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF VEGETABLE, FRUITE, SALMON AND RAINDEER PATE . THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL WAS ALSO WONDERFUL.

Nothing to complain about. It is not cheap. No. But it’s worth the money.

Like always - it’s comfy, beautiful, clean with delicious breakfast and great location. It is impossible to screw this up.

We really enjoyed staying at Lapland Hotel Bulevardi. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and I must say this hotel has exceptional service, beautiful food and amazing ambience. We had a private sauna in our room. It was so nice to be able to enjoy it in our own Sauna. Food was sensational with so many specialities from Lapland and of course other parts of Finland too. We don’t often dine in hotels we stay in, but here the food was just so different and well prepared. Additionally this hotel is a short walk from many of the Helsinki atravtions. There were so many staffmembers who went above and beyond to makesure we were happy and well looked after. Just to name a few; Janne and the girls at the front desk(sorry didn’t get everyone’s names), Adam,Mika and Johanna looked after in dining room and breakfast staff in dining room. We were totally blown away witn their service and friendly manner.10/10 from us

I rarely write a review for the hotels I visit. However, in the case of this hotel I do have to say that it was exceptional. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were impecable, breakfast was amazing. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations. This hotel made it into our top 5 hotels we have stayed at. By far the best place to stay at in Helsinki.

Only thing a bit amiss was the size of the bathrobe. One of us is plus-sized and it did not fully cover everything when worn. But that is such a small negative that we didn't let it bother us.

Everything from the location and breakfast to the room itself! The bathtub was huge and i loved the sauna. The overhead shower was also a big plus! And the fact that i could connect to the tv with my phone!!

Cosy and clean. The sauna in room is a really cool addition even if it takes a while to warm up. The background music on the tv (Solju/Joiku?) was super infectious - I need to find out where I can hear it somewhere else! Thanks again.

Only issue was light coming through the frosted glass bathroom door even at night, as the windows in there have insufficient curtains/blinders.

Excellent room, with a lovely balcony and view. Bathroom with sauna and bathtub was also wonderful. In-room breakfast was splendid.
