Kitchen is a bit small but enough.

Very good location to center, 5 min walking distance. İn house everything was there. The owner is a very polite man, we like to say thank you. Whatever i asked he responded immedately. Market for to buy food is 1 min away-aleppa

It is a bit tricky to get the flat key, but we managed to do it and it's kind of fun.

The host is very kind, allowing me to check in earlier since there's no other guest before me. The flat is beautiful and cozy. You have everything you need in the flat. Walking distance to tram station and easy to go around. We have enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning services should be improved. The kitchen sink had some food residue in the drainage filter. In the fridge previus tennats left their food which was quite gross e.g. opened milk carton, half eaten ice-cream box. The bed wasn't super comfy and the pillows were small and more appriopriate for the sofa, not a bed. No washing machine. There has been some miscomunication between the owner and the person actually meeting and introducing us to the place led us to the place. She was not informed of our check-in time and for that reason when we arrived and we called her we were told she was expecting us at a different hour. Thankfully she managed to reach us in just 30 minutes, during which we were able to take cover from the rain at the nearby supermarket.

The appartment was a 20 minutes walk from the railway station, separated from the city center by a series of slopes (up and downhill). Lovely apartment fully furnished with every possibile thing you might need. Comfy sofa and airmchair, nice big tv with netflix, amazon prime and disney plus, good wifi. Small but furnished kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge. Big bedroom and bed with additional sofa and desk. Pirjo-Leena, the person introducing us to the appartment (not the owner) was very understanding, helpful and available.

The location was very good, near the city center. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and quit. The bed was super nice, had a good nights rest. The bathroom and kitchen were well equiped with everything you need.

Everything was great.

Great location in the center of Helsinki, close to all main attractions. Really good links of transportation with all areas in the city, airport and cities nearby. The apartment itself is really confortable and has all amenities you need. We highly appreciated the fact that in the kitchen we could find the necessary basic things like sugar, oil, salt, even coffee and tea. Although is central, the neighborhood is a quite area . There are supermarkets in the same building and lots of restaurants nearby. Best place to stay in Helsinki.

I liked everything.

I liked the good position inside the city. It was clean and well equipped. The owner was polite and helpful to us. It was easy to reach the apartment. He even left us some drink and food in the fridge.

Everything was excellent

Very nice and clean apartment in probably the best location of Helsinki. Sakari was very helpful. We will come back whenever we need an a accommodation in Helsinki

The kitchen and bathroom are both tiny, and difficult to use. The bathroom cubicle is very small, making leaning over difficult. With the kitchen, everything is there, but the English word to cover it is “poky”. We slept well, and if answering the question “Would you stay again” I would probably say no….

The property is in a residential area, about 1.3km from the real centre, the City Markets area. The walk to this area is a pleasant one along the seaboard. The property has a comfortable and useful if ageing lounge and dining area. The items left by previous guests remain, I think on the basis they might be useful. Personally I think they should be cleared before the next guest (something we did do). It is a quirky, but reasonable place to stay. Everything works, the host explained everything, no issues there
