Comfortable, clean apartment with modern enterior.

The comfort of the beds was not very good, and the room was a bit crowded with furniture, so it became a bit difficult to place one's luggage.

The apartment was well equipped, "new", and very quiet. The apartment was on the 4th floor with access by lift. The kitchen, as well as the bathroom, were large and well equipped.

The host was not responsive. He didn’t answer the phone call nor the text messages. Been trying to reach out to him dozens of time in the duration of 2 hours upon my arrival. 3 hours later, after I got myself checked into another place, he called me back. Not only was he unapologetic, he was rude and mad over the fact that I got to stay at another place. He yelled at me over the phone telling me that he’s already got the place ready. Been traveling a lot and stayed at a few different private owner property. This is by far the worst experience for me ever.

The info said free parking included but that was not the case. We had to park several streets away because there o my was 4h street parking everywhere. This was very misleadingly as we specifically booked because of the parking. The place was not clean. We found snuus in a cupboard and a dirty pan. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Also there was no cutting board and the kitchen amenities were lacking. The TV did not work and we did not get any password for the internet.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and a store and a bar was found just around teh corner. The bed was also comfortable.

The owner has been off his phone. I sent messages through booking.com service and also by phone SMS. I have been calling him. And he doesn't respond. My friend called him from another number and he answered that the apartment was rented to someone else!!!! I’m not the only victim. As he has done it before according to the reviews. Why does Bokenk ignore holding negligent persons accountable?

No towels I had to search the cupboard and found 1 what appeared to be older towel that we both had to use also the parking is not easy we had to park towards the end of the street

Got good check in instructions from the host. Apartment was very clean and I really liked the decorations too. I had to wake up super early because of my flight so wish I could have slept a little bit longer since the bed was also very comfortable.

Unfortunately the WIFI did not work and the much promised (many pictures etc) Netflix did not work either. The parking was very uncomfortable.

The owner never answered neither on booking nor his phone!! Never got the address, we had already paid!!! We got scammed! Never got the keys, had to get a room somewhere else in emergency for the night!

It was a scam.Property owner doubelbooked us and offer new property but it was also doubelbooked,so we have no place to stey.Also no contact was take also no compromiss.It was scam for us,we loos 4 hours of our time.

The apartment was clean and cozy with all facilities in good working condition. Not that close to the centre of the town but still easily reachable by public transport (bus) from the main train station. Contact with the host was clear and uncomplicated with great response times. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Tampere.

The area is currently being developed so there was a lot of construction machinery outside. There was no noise as we were not there during the day, and at night was very peaceful. It is a 15 min drive away from the centre of Tampere.

It was a really beautiful studio, with all amenities available. A perfect stay in Finland for a couple needing some time to relax and recharge. Really comfortable and clean, with a washing machine available too.

Clean and tidy little apartment in a brand new house located not too far from the city center. There are 24h big shopping centers at walking distance. Nice and quiet house and location, warm apartment with moderni appliances. Very convenient. Even late evening arrival no issue, got the key from the host who can communicate well both in Finnish and English. Parking place was rather easy to find on arrival. Its free on street side. Recommended to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and cozy modern style stay in Tampere.
