Excellent stay, around 10 minutes to the train station and less to the city center, plenty of food shopping opportunities nearby. My room was very big, quiet, clean, comfortable beds, super fast Internet, and lovely view in the courtyard outside. The shared kitchen was huge, equipped with everything one may need to prepare food, tea, and coffee and it was also extremely clean. The shared bathroom and shower were also spotlessly clean.

It was not easy to get the keys, even though I am used to these kinds of access. I had to call for instructions. The sheets and towels were very old and torn. I am sorry but in a hotel you don’t remind guests on every occasion to remove the sheets and take out the garbage. It is written everywhere and it is annoying. It could work in an airbnb but not in a hotel.

I ended up getting locked out of my room because I forgot to move with my key. Took me atleast 3 hours to get in contact with someone to help me. In the instructions, they should add a section for incase this happens and guide you to get the spare key.!

Instructions are pretty clear for one to make it to the room and you don’t have to deal with so many people. The place is quiet.

Nothing special facilities. This is mainly a budget option, so good for one night stay. Maybe not best option for longer vacations.

Peaceful and quiet room, I had no contact with the staff as I got instructions how to sign in by message. However, there was not any kind of problems and everything went smoothly. Location is OK with centre of town in walking distance.

Major dissatisfaction. On booking which I thought was an actual hotel as was described on the advertising for the said accommodation I was very disappointed to find that I in fact ended up in a hostel and not a hotel. I visited my son in Seinäjoki and was very upset to realise that what I thought would be a hotel room with adequate space and essentials such as tv and own toilet facilities has turned out to be a small room with nothing more than a double bed with no entertainment of any sort and no personal touch in any way at all. As well as having to share toilet, shower and kitchen facilities. I have to say I’m extremely upset as to the cost of such meagre board. I will forward details and pictures in due course but hope you can understand my concerns as I think the advertisement for this property was very misleading in what it actually had to offer. I was expecting my own room in a proper hotel and not to feel like I’ve paid hotel prices to what in fact was a hostel. Also the owners attitude to my concerns were met with hostility and blame of Booking.com for false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody to stay in as you definitely don’t get what you paid for. Advertised as a hotel online but is just a hostel !!!! 😤

Having to put in pin code for door repeatedly b4 it worked.Often on Saturday night noisy people stopped outside my window. But hey it's the weekend.

Location ,splendid in walking distance from station. Surrounded by lovely parks.Im greatful that I could store my bag after check out as my train was leaving late.
