A terrace outside in the street (or backyard) would have been nice for breakfast and/or a late drink.

Modern design, dark themed, great sound proofing and extremely comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Minibar. Sauna. Gym. Just a great place to stay.

The grossly inaccurate booking details for the room, which indicated there was a desk. Instead, there was a stool and a bench appropriate only for a child. The hotel to their credit upgraded the room, although there was still not a conventional desk.

Good range of options for breakfast. Excellent staff. Ambience in the reception/restaurant/bar area.

On the whole the hotel and personel were great - but there were just a couple of times wher a little more attention to detail would have been good. for example, the toilet paper in my room was finished - I left the empty car toilet paper roll clearly on the closed toilet seat to show this when I left my room in the morning- when I came back later the room had been service, but the toilet paper had not been replaced; I had to go to reception to request more toilet paper. On the last morning breakfast items were missing - no cinnimon, no milk - again had to make requests

It's in a handy location, and the room is super clean and quiet. The breakfast is superb! I enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing I didn't like is that the windows in the room don't open so that it can't have fresh air.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to the metro, train and all attractions. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Windows facing inner atrium - there was not much of daylight. But we weren't inside during the day for too long either :)

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated, just a few minutes walk from train station and city center. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. We are thankful for the baby cot and keeping our luggage a bit longer. Breakfast was also majestic.

Unfortunatelly one of pillowcases was ripped(. That didn't affect whole stay,because spare pillow was available, but fact is fact.

All was good.

Breakfast was great with a good choice of salty things for my taste. Location was great, very central. Very comfortable bed. Spaceful shower provided also with body lotion and hair conditioner (important for women). Very quiet, good isolation, no noises from outside.

- the service at the reception was average, some were nice, others not so much - the cleanliness of the room was average, the bedside tables were dirty and sticky from previous guests

The location was superb. Everything was within walking distance. Tram station was also very close. There were 2 shopping malls closeby, one was 3 minutes away, and the other one was 5 minutes away. Central train station was also 7 minutes away. Breakfast was very varied. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very modern.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent, close to Metro, Tram Stations, Bus Stops. The room was clean and very comfortable. We used the sauna, and it seemed to be well kept and clean. Breakfast was also good and they prepared a breakfast pack for us when we were early check out in the morning on the last day. It was a comfortable stay.
