We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaWalking from the annexe building to the main building where the spa is required to carry with us bathrobes and towels. It would be much nicer if the guests could get those at the spa. Not everyone takes their bags big enough or not too big to carry with these items.

The room was very comfortable with a lovely Seaview. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were great.

United KingdomThere is a charge to park at the hotel of 15 euros a day, which seems unnecessary given all of the space around. The staff aren't particularly warm and be careful of the type of room you book. We booked a comfort room which was basic and tatty, with no tea or coffee making. The biggest let down was a fire alarm going off at 7am one morning. A number of us dutifully made our way out, not knowing if there was a fire or not. We waited outside the hotel with no staff in sight. Really disappointing - in the end I went into reception who informed us that it went off in error. This hotel really needs to make more of an effort.
This is a big hotel with a lot of onsite facilities. The spa area is a bit tired but it's free to use and there are three pools, plus jacuzzis and saunas. There are restaurants, bars, shops and it's located on the edge of the coast, with a clear footpath to the main town.

FinlandMy biggest complaint is that our room was not cleaned on the second day and the trash was not taken out, this did spoil the good first impression. The buffet dinner was way too expensive for the food variety provided. Very crowded during breakfast, people were standing in line for a while to get their hot food. The breakfast itself is ok but nothing special.
The room was renovated, spacious and quite clean. The kid's sofa had been prepared nicely (I had indicated it separately when making the booking). Though it was a bit squeaky, they didn't complain. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the spa and the pools. The kids got their bathrobes and slippers from the spa reception. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

FinlandNo airconditioning in five star hotel room, we had to keep window open all night. Keeping the window open to lower the room temperature for a baby and child to able to sleep was not nice. It caused noice problems as the sounds from the street and houses near by were loud at times. It was weird how hot the room was even when the day was rainy and the outside temperature was under 16°c. Balcony door was broken, as it would not stay on hinges if set in ventilation setting. It had to be kept shut as the baby would escape to wet balcony othervice. Pools and spa area were nice and beautifull, but it was inconvinient that all the pools were deeper than atleast 1.2m so there were no place for toddler or young child to play where adult didnt have to carry or hold them.
Atrium and public space was beautifull and really clean. People were nice and cheerfull! Shout out to the lady serving in thai restaurant, she was really friendly and was more helpfull than necessary! It was really nice experience.

FinlandThe extra bed for 15 year child was not good. We we would have taken four real beds option if such was available. The on-site restaurants were expensive.
The spa was very nice and the room was fairly large and quite clean - enough room for four persons. There was a large parking area with free parking spots, even four EV charging spots though there were all occupied. The location near harbor was good for our trip.

The Thai restaurant food is good, but staff are not trained well, food is super super super slow, and disorganized. In our bathroom, the paper for cleaning face ran out after I used 3 pieces, with this price we would expected better, and no glasses in bathroom for toothbrush!? All in all, hotel location is great, spa is great, room view is good, but outside has constructions so day time is noise if the widow is open. The rest is just so so for the price value.
