The apartment is charming, well-kept, wonderfully equipped. Everything you need for a short stay, but I would happily stay longer.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and cosy. Really nice stay with comfortable bed and clean cotton bedlinen. Good location as walking distance from the river side, also no problem to cross the river and be in the city centre. Strongly recommend!

I have no complaints!

The apartment had excellent kitchen facilities, so I was able to cater for myself. The furniture was comfortable and well-maintained, with a selection of toiletries in the bathroom. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood, but there was a bus stop just around the corner, so it was easy to reach the city centre.

There wasn't anything I disliked. Regarding the small bathroom, yes it's smaller than average but still comfortable enough for one person to shower (So no showersex for some of you, haha). And seeing the context of this being a house built before WWI where the bathrooms were outside the house I feel there is nothing to complain about. I could hear the neighbour watching TV but this wasn't something that disturbed me.

The apartment is very cozy and has a lot of warmth. Wooden details and a fire place gives it a cabinlike vibe which I thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen where you can prepare meals or have a hot cup of tea or coffe which was either included or left by previous guests. I liked the historic setting of this old house while every facility like the bathroom or kitchen was up to modern standards. Everything from a microwave to a water boiler and fridge with a freezer is present in this apartment. The apartment is a short walk from the river and central areas of Turku and I also walked to and from the ferry at the port. The wifi is good and shower pressure and included toiletries are good as well. Maria, the host, is a warm and caring person who tries and succeds in meeting a guests wishes, like for example when I wanted to extend my stay. It was clear to me that Maria really cares that whoever comes to stay at this place feels welcomed.

Nice comfortable and clean littel property, all needed for stay included, definitely reccommended. Nearby riverside and walking distance from city centre. Manna caffee and K-market grocery store are located in the neighbourhood!

The bathroom is very small, but completely fine for a short stay! I didn’t figure out how the stove worked, and didn’t have time to ask that time either. Maybe there could be instructions. :)

Cute place in a quiet and green neighborhood. Still, it’s easy to walk or take a bus to the center. Having lived a couple of years in Martti, bicycle would be my vehicle no 1, though! The place is great for a short stay for solo travelers, or a couple. Atmospheric wooden house attic. I arrived at night and came by taxi, but felt safe still.

This isn't anything too bad, but the bathroom was tiny. Our stay at the apartment was only for one weekend, so it didn't really matter and it worked out just fine. But for longer holidays it might be a little inconvinient, especially if there is someone like me, who likes to have about one billion pots and jars of various self care products.

Apartment was very tidy and had everything that we could have needed. Even a tiny dishwasher. We would absolutely come and stay again at this apartment. Flexible check in and check out times helped a lot and it was really nice that we were able to stay till 4pm on the last day of our stay. Location was great, the neighborhood was nice and pretty and there were grocery stores and dining opportunities not too far away. And a huge plus is that pets are allowed. I didn't take my dog with me this time, but for future travels it's nice to know that he will be allowed in the apartment.

We met the owner Maria and she gave us the possibility of a bigger and newer apartment. She is a truly great person and I do recommend staying at her place. She provides everything needed and she is honest and talkable.

I think I don’t have any complaints, we didn't have any problems at all. I can merely give a piece of advice to buy a kettle (for those who don't drink coffee).

I highly recommend this appartment. I believe it is even cheaper than it might be. We had everything we needed, the house is very clean and cozy, comfortable for 1-2 people. Maria also left some grocery for us, which was very nice! Overall, we indeed enjoyed staying there.

Not all the pictures shown are correct. The bathroom is even for a petit person small. The door of the bathroom can't be closed. There is no information about WiFi or the kitchenette available. The walls are so thin that you are forced to 'enjoy' the neighbours tv program selection.

I could check in earlier, which was nice. The owner responded very quickly, also after I informed her about the noice of the neighbour.

Bathroom was extremely small, due to lack of space usage of sink in both bathroom and in the kitchen was relatively inconvenient. No possibility to use the electric devices anywhere new the mirror (shaving, drying hair). Vacum cleaning under and behind the sofa would not harm. :) Neighbour below has a serious issue with the guests - you have to sneak in the room not to get yelled at (just to be clear - we did not run, dance or wore high heels, just normal walking). And this is why you would not want to stay for more than 1 or 2 nights.

Good location, nice area and close to the city center. Still it is very quiet. Convenient parking option. Host was great, very friendly and supportive. Generally nice apartment, all basic kitchenware available.
