Absolutely clean and comfortable studio with all you need. Also the location is fine, 10 min by metro to the center of Helsinki. There is stunning nature reserve 10 mins walk away. Also big supermarket nearby.

Everything was perfect with this hotel. The room was clean and big. The commom areas are very well maintained. Late check in process via tablets was quick. The instructions were clearly mentioned in the welcome email. Checkout was also easy. The staff was kind enough to help us get a printout of an important ticket reservation that we needed. Great experience overall.

The toilet part of bathroom is really crumped and uncomfortable. Common areas are not very inspiring. Phone number provided in the iPad for questions during check-in is “out of service”.

Well.. Everything i liked!!! This is one of the best places i've ever been. The whole conception of studios combined with common facilities is just perfect.. And everything in style and very quality.. Movie room.. Library room.. Bussines room.. Perfect coomon kitchen (like plus on the perfect one in the studio). Perfect studio.. Welcomeness of the staff.. them smile on every word..them wish to help.. Allowing early check in(room was avaliable).. Is just something you see very rear in this bussines.. This place is just something else.. They have everything you need and they are doing all that you like a guest feel good.. Something very very good.. Respect And thank you.. Will be back 🙂

Bathroom was a bit narrow but thats a small complaint really.

Great location, 8 min walk to metro station with direct metro line for 15 min into central Helsinki. Room was clean and very comfortable and the free bicycles, laundry room and gym were a nice touch. Would stay here again if we return to Helsinki.

For the price I got it for, the room was great! New, comfortable, clean and functional. Grocery stores, a couple of restaurants and metro are close by.

The first time access to self check-in wasn't really friendly. There was no one to let you know the entrance code even arrive early. The hair dryer were inadequate and stored outside the room.

Self served apartment, everything was clean and tidy, small but cosy. The lobby area was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable, and there was even a video game room. Easy to access, just 10 min walk from Herttoniemi station. There was a large supermarket in just a few minutes walk, where you can almost easily gets everything.

Perfectly situated, about 5-6 minute walk to the train station. Train into Helsinki central takes about 10 minutes. Plenty of amenities. Really helpful staff. There's a large supermarket about 3 minute walk up the road too.

The twin beds pushed together to make a double is normal in Europe but these weren't well secured so I kept falling through the middle.

So glad I didn't listen to the poor reviews as this was such a great stay. Things to know upfront: this is a suburb. It's got great transportation links, but it's not the center of Helsinki. You won't find a place like this in the center. Secondly: this is set up for residents, not hotel guests so everything is just that much extra. The full kitchen. The saunas (one for women, one for men and a mixed sauna). The gym. It's all meant for residents, not just fly in and out which means it's really well done. I loved having the option to "check out" appliances if I needed them. The check in process was really easy. I don't know why people were complaining. You literally just put in your passport details and that's it. It took two minutes. Based on previous reviews, I was expecting something terrible. Not only that but because I came at an off-season time, I was able to check in early with no extra charge. Clean, spacious and comfy. The full kitchen is especially good if you have dietary needs and prefer to pick up things from the grocery store.

Feeling of brand new aparts - furniture, bathroom facilities, comfy bed and dark curtains, kitchen with all utensils. The thing which literally SAVED me - drying closets at the laundry room (common area on 2nd floor, free to use). I soaked till bones yesterday, my only coat was wet, and I was so happy to find drying closets! I am so grateful! It is 5 min from metro, 10 min to centre by metro, shopping mall nearby though I didn’t have time to visit it. Technical station was new concept for me - on each floor, there is a closet with drawers where you can “borrow” hairdryer, iron, steam iron, etc. Staff very helpful. Interesting system of self-checking in and self-generating and activating card-key. I’m very satisfied with my stay there. Would use sauna, if I’d have time.

We had to hunt for the wi-fi code - it was on a shelf down in reception. Sending that by email or having it in the room would be better. Apart from that is was a smooth operation.

The place was great all round. The space was well-designed, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the room had a great range of facilities. The staff were really friendly and the cleaners deserve a bonus, the place was spotless.
