- The Viking Line harbour is very close and a few times per day there was a lot of traffic. - There was a blonde lady at the host office who could have been a bit more customer friendly and helpful. She made me feel like I was bothering her. - The dishwasher in the room is noisy and I recommend using it during the day and not late in the evening.

Where to start.. - The facilities were excellent. - The room had everything you needed and more including a dishwasher and drying rack for clothes. - The stay includes a gym pass to the well-equipped gym nextdoor. - The communal washing room had washing machines, dryers and drying cabinets. - The communal kitchen was clean and well-equipped. - There are "service stations" on every floor with vacuum cleaners, hairdryers, etc. - Excellent rooftop sauna. - The location is great.

I liked everything and I don't think this is a negative point, but the bathroom could have better water drainage to prevent the whole floor from getting wet.

I had a very pleasant stay at Noli! The studio is fully equipped, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of outlets available. It was great being able to use the laundry facilities in the building. The location is also excellent, close to tourist attractions and with easy access to the tram.

6pm quite early for reception to close but did send access code for front door on day of arrival and contact number in case of difficulties. No problems using self check-in.

It was quite cold in the room. The thermostat would only go up to 20 degrees and the ventilation could not be turned off so there was a constant flow of chilly air in the room.

Great location, right by the city center but still quaint and calm. Tram stop and a grocery store within walking distance. Also the ferry terminal is right around the corner so all in all very well positioned. The studio itself was well equipped, all cooking utensils looked brand new, there was even a drip coffee maker. A fridge, freezer, cooktop, microwave and even a full size oven. Nice decor, everything was highly functional and easy to use. Surprisingly spacious wardrobe and plenty of other storage spaces. Beds were great too, firm but comfortable.

Just the DND message could be clearer - when I have a "do not disturb" I wouldn't like to have to open the door and still get into the conversation that I don't need cleaning :) A minor thing but maybe it can be streamlined. Also maybe bigger pillows or another set. Minor things.

It's a great concept and has everything you need for a long or short stay in Helsinki! I will be staying again next year in one of Noli's buildings. With the sauna, gym, cafe, great locations and good design of the flats as well as being fully furnished, Noli has it all! I really enjoyed staying and will stay again next year. Absolutely loved the sauna and terrace, as well as the fact that there is a coffee shop downstairs and a gym next door. And Katajanokka is great for sightseeing and just walking around the city, easy to get anywhere from.

Really being picky here, no end tables near bed.

Upon arrival, we were allowed to leave our luggage until it was time for check-in. Check-in and check-out is totally done solely using a tablet. We got a studio apartment and it was huge, with two arm chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker. The biggest surprise though: two huge wardrobes. The bathroom was impressive too, with beautiful tile and a superb shower. The place was impeccably clean. You can rent a hair dryer from a common service facility, using the keycard. The building had a sauna, even though we didn't use it. There were also games and movie room and a common kitchen downstairs. Cleaning is done every two days, so since we stayed for only two nights, the room wasn't cleaned (it was needed any way). The location is about 20 minutes from the main train station, but we didn't mind that. Had a couple of good night's sleep as the beds were comfy.

There needs to be a better seal on the shower door as the entire bathroom floor (and bath mat) gets wet, but this is fairly minor.

Beautiful new hotel with great facilities. Everything was clean. Room was a reasonable size and nice to have a kitchenette. Good location, it was very easy to get around.

The location is excellent for exploring the city by walk. The kitchen stuff is new and enough. The social areas are enjojable such as the roof,the terrace. Absolutely cost efficient. If I will come to Helsinki again, first I will check Noli :)

Recently opened so everything was brand new. Apartment and communal areas are very well designed and thought out and had everything required for a weekend break or a longer stay. The kitchenette was great to have - especially if you are on a budget like we were. Supermarket a 2 minute walk. Self check was easy and staff friendly and helpful. Location was nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the some of the main sights and to one of the ferry terminals. Highly recommended.
