No TV in the room, lacking the purpose of entertainment in the room if you want to watch some news or anything in the evening.

Convenient location, right beside the Malmi Train Station. Clean Room and Value for money. Self Check-in was easy and straight forward. Clean Bathroom and shower with heated floor was great. Overall a pleasant stay in Malmi.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned as well as I had hoped, and there were black hairs on the floor & dust around the shower door.

The location is great, right next to a train station on the main line to Helsinki and the airport. The room has everything I needed, and I could borrow the rest for free. Being able to do laundry and go to the gym are amazing extras.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it's made from two single beds joined together with a noticeable gap in the middle. I had to align myself to one side of the bed and cannot stay in the middle.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. Moreover we were given just one small blanket for two people which sucked. Wouldve enjoyed if more attention would be payed into comfortability when sleeping as a hotel type of property. Also at least one extra toilet paper roll would be nice.

Navigating from the train was a bit difficult for a first timer. Pillows were too thick for my taste

Location was great, right next to the railway. Room was really well equipped with freezer, fridge, kettle, full kitchen utensils etc. Sauna was great! Friendly staff as well who replaced my lost keycard free of charge. I like the lounge area and shared spaces as well. The general amenities were amazing. I met some people who live in the hotel temporarily and they like it as well.

The rooms are very nice, very well equipped and look like brand new! You also can use the common kitchen and other areas if you like. The communication is convenient between the airport and the hotel and the city center. I could see myself staying here also for longer period (during a business trip for example).

The only bad things could be attributed to strange A/C or heating control which is probably logical for regional users, but not so much for foreigners. I did not manage to understand how to operate it, but I felt warm with provided preset so I didn't complain :) Another one would be instruction for dishwasher- if possible, please add a note about option to delay the start of programs. I thought it was normal setup for cleaning time, but actually set it up to launch ~2 hours after confirming settings....

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. You can check in/out by yourself without any problems or human contact too! Rooms are pretty soundproof- one doesn't hear the trains nor neighbors while in the room and the cleaning staff is wonderful- both in attitude and quality of their work. The restaurant near the reception area is marvelous too and offers discounts to the Malmi guests. As a big eater I was positively surprised with a meal under 20 EUR that filled me up for both breakfast and lunch! The bed made me think if they had additional heating system installed- they are very warm, even if you cover yourself with just one layer of duvet.

Small shower, could be a little bit bigger. The bed is narrow for two persons. There is one sauna room, it would be perfect to have several saunas of various types.
