There are many activities can enjoy. The view is excellent, and the staff members are friendly and willing to help. They also have a free shuttle from Levi's ski station, which is really convenient for visitors who don't rent a car.

Some lights in the property were really frustrating and wouldn’t stay on. The shower head was in a really awkward position that couldn’t be adjusted properly and the water kept hitting close to the tap which made it a bit hard to shower, but these are very small details to the overall experience.

The staff and accomodation was amazing, they gave us a free upgrade and there are so many activities on the property itself! They even have their own baby reindeer, a fire pit and snow chapel on the property. You can feed the reindeer, ice skate and go snow shoeing which is all included.

The design of the room was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful starting from the check-in. The facility offers various activities, such as reindeer feeding, hiking tracks (providing complimentary snow shoes), Finn sauna, and hot tub jacuzzi (subject to additional charge and requires prior booking).

Big house, nice furniture etc. Tasty food. And we enjoyed feeding reindeers and other activities they had there

The furniture in the room could have been more comfortable. Cushions, etc. They could have offered a selection of 2 items for the dinner. They could have given options for selection at breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. They had a wonderful can-do attitude and no was not in their vocabulary. We watched them deal with some difficult guests and they were exceptional. The available activities were varied. The location was remote and would have great to see the Northern lights had the weather cooperated.

For the cost of the room and especially considering it was the deluxe, it is ridiculous that breakfast is not included and is an additional cost. Our cabin arguably had one of the worst views with a view of the main building and lots of light pollution- but some of the others had lovely views. The heating whilst initially a welcome relief from the cold- is too hot for sleeping but doesnt cool down quickly. Whilst its absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend to friends/family and stay again I do feel its slightly overpriced.

Room was stunning, clean, spacious. Beds were super comfy, the room was warm which was lovely coming in from the minus 30 nighttime temps. We were so lucky that we got to see the Northern lights from the hot tub and again from the campsite. Lovely that the extra activities are all included, iceskating (rink is tiny though), snowshoeing and feeding the reindeer. The snowshoe trail is STUNNING! The campsite is lovely and homey, with everything you need to start a fire and roast your sausages/marshmallows. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didnt eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely, and the hot chocolate was delicious.

Our cabin was right next to the main lobby building and it faced the back of it - you could see it from our front door.

Location and layout are great! The cabins are well appointed and spacious. A few of complimentary activities included.

we have 1/2 board in the resort. The breakfast is great, but the dinner in the restaurant is not in line with the high-quality standard we anticipated from a resort like Northern Lights Ranch.

Everything was just perfect. It actually exceeded our expectations. We luckily had a really clear night so we laid & watched the stars all night. The food was fabulous too. All the activities on site were unreal too - reindeer feeding, ice skating & a snowy forest walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the experience of staying in an luxurious cabin in a remote location in the middle of nature! Our cabin was very warm, clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfy and cozy and the view from the cabin is stunning. We enjoyed the activities you can do here: ice skating, snowshoeing and feeding the reindeers. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious, however we could say it was bit too expensive

The cabin is superb , very warm inside with floor heating . Manage to see northern lights here around midnight thru our glass roof . Staff was absolutely helpful and understanding. Overall exceptional experience. Will definitely come again .

There is nothing I didn’t like.

the most stunning accommodation in the most stunning location. We loved everything about it. I couldn’t recommend it more. The cabins were just what you wanted and the staff so friendly and helpful.

The heating is too hot, and the adjustment effect is not big, so is the floor heating, my friends and I have not found where to change. In addition, there is no free breakfast, and I think such an expensive room rate may at least include breakfast. It's a long way from the city centre and a taxi is very expensive

The facilities are great, the house is beautiful, the view is great and there are many things to experience

The bathroom felt a little cheaply put together.

Lovely central dining hall with the reindeer right outside. Was special eating breakfast and dinner with them there. Hot tub, sauna and fire pit were great. The extras like snow shoes and sleds is nice to have. The glass rooms were great for viewing and comfortable beds.
