Reception is very crowded. Takes a lot of time to check in or check out. We found a dead mouse in our room Breakfasts were a bit boring.

Lovely situated magical place. Great additional activities with really great staff. Nice and warm house.

It would be great if the shuttle to the center has more options, at least arriving at noon and departing during the afternoon

I'd definitely recommend to friends and come back. Personnel was kind and shared tips and tricks, huts are super comfortable, main area has ton of coaches to relax and beautiful deco. Some services that are included surprised me like the winter suit lend, and a sled to move around. We took the shuttle to the center and it was great too. Breakfast and dinner are well equipped and have good quality products.

For the people that bring a dog: dogs are not welcome in the main building, so they must stay in the cabin during meals. Our dog is well behaved and calm, but gets so so stressed when left alone. This caused a lot of stress for all of us. We picked this location for being dog friendly, so we were a bit dissapointed in that. Staff did absolutely their best to help so far they could though

The baathrom grout could be a little bit better. Because the price for the hotel is very expensive and luxury and i think that could be better.

There was full moon when we were there so all the moonlight was in the room during the whole night. I couldn't sleep well. I don't know if we could cover the ceiling. There were 2 separate beds together not a double bed. You have to carry your luggage to your room and to lobby or you need to pay for it. Sauna was private. You have to pay 100 euros for sauna and book in advanced They said they will wake us up if there's northern lights but nobody called. Luckily we saw some.

The natural beauty in Levi is appreciated Igloos surrounded by trees and nature. We saw some squirrels. There was kayak area which was very fun for my 5y.o. Breakfast was good and dinner was ok. The room is comfortable and the glass ceiling is good for seeing northern lights Staff was very kind and nice

Unfortunately food wasn’t good at all. For the price and standard we did expect more and better. No flavor and as well not much choice. And if you are Vegan you don’t have anything to eat

It’s really hard to think. Maybe activities could be more affordable as truly there is nothing to do while hoping to see auroras only during the nigh. There was limited hot water but we still did not feel any issue with it and seem to not run into any trouble running out of hot water

True winter wonderland. Unfortunately did not see auroras but of course not in their power to control that. The room was very comfortable and we did not miss a TV as the view was all that we needed! Amazing facilities with all typical Lapland activities available within the compound. unfortunately we didn’t see the northern lights due to cloudy sky.
