The only problem is the toilet in the room, I preferred to use public toilet because i couldn’t figure out how to use it and actually didn’t like it.

The location was great, the restaurant environment is very cozy, watching the sunset was amazing, it is great to have its own private sauna.

Very expensive to get to and from the property if you have no car. No shuttles to the city and taxis are expensive. More activities needed to keep the guests busy in the day. The snowmobiles and husky’s were great but more daytime activities needed.

Is hard not to have a normal toilet and also is quite hard to always schedule the shower in the sauna because in a holiday you want to do the things random and when you feel like it, not being conditioned in any way.

The huts are new, clean, the bed very comfortable, the location is very beautiful, surrounded by woods, the food is amazing for both breakfast and dinner, also the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The igloos are amazing, clean and very well designed. You also have your own private sauna cabin which comes with the igloo. The restaurant was very nice, we had dinner and breakfast, the food was very delicious and rich. The staff were very kind and friendly. In overall we had an amazing stay.

We were not that happy with our hut (Nr 4) because it is directly in front of the fence to the restaurant (where you can see the lights all night) and the location right next to the path where everybody walks.. all the other huts have a way better location, we were just unlucky this time.

We loved this little houses with a view to the sky and the forest. Very special place!! Also we enjoyed our own wooden sauna and the food from the Kota Restaurant. Big thanks to Kishan, he is doing a great job. So friendly and warm welcoming!! Also the other staff members were great

Nova Galaxy Village sits in a beautiful property in the woods by the river. The glass huts were thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need fit into a tiny space. The restaurant on property not only had delicious food, but was an experience itself - watching the chef cook everything over an open flame in the middle of the space. The staff were helpful and friendly. We loved feeding the reindeer and visiting with the sled dogs. The sauna was spectacular!

Staying in a glass igloo with the forest view is such a thing you can't miss... And if you have also your own private sauna! :) But is not only the place to make the experience magic. The restaurant is delicious (super chef!) and so cozy. The veggy options were amazing. But a special comment to Eetu and Niko so kind and nice ready to help us with all our needs. They really make the different to make our stay perfect! 😍

There is no shower in the igloo. And the toilet is bio toilet in the igloo. A bit different than we used to have :) but an interesting experience washing yourself in your private sauna )). In the area there nothing around, no shops or restaurants. But that is beautiful to have a chance to see Northen lights because it’s far from the city.

Love it our beautiful experience in this igloos hotel. I loved that each igloo had their own private sauna. The kitchen restaurant is cool and the cook is Swiss. They have a private huski tour and there also private snowmobile tours and there are 2 cute reindeers living there :) we had luck to have a clear sky and at night we saw a beautiful Aurora under our heads.

Everything was perfect! The huts have a lot of storage room, a toilette and a really comfortable bed! The breakfast and the restaurant are delicious. There are also real toilets not far away. And a authentic shower in the sauna.

Even better than we expected and the food was amazing, we did the snowmobiling with them and it was so worth the price, there was only 4 of us on the tour and it felt so personal and was beautiful locations

Fantastic huts! Really unique and had all you needed (obviously no kitchen, but dink and kettle) The views from the huts are superb! All the staff hugely helpful by firing up the sauna when we wanted, arranging Reindeer feeding and even allowed us to use the Kota by the river. The restaurant offered a lively breakfast in the morning and we had an evening meal there too which was delicious! Super place, highly recommend 👌

the tap doesn’t work on my second night, but the staff brought us 2 big bottles of water.

Really wonderful place in rovaniemi, all the staff are nice, especially the dinner is great, including all the foods drinks or staff, totally perfect! You can meet people from all around the world in the restaurant, quite a great experience! sauna is cozy, even there are no shower, you still can clean up by traditional way!

We had a very pleasant stay in Nova Galaxy Village! Staff was extremely helpful, food delicious prepared in front of you on the fire. Salmon is a must try! location is amazing - surrounded by nature and not too far from Rovaniemi. Hotel organizes activities like husky ride and snowmobile, providing all necessary equipment and thermal clothing/boots. Absence of shower is compensated by having private sauna with hot and cold water which you can mix. all necessary amenities are there- water, shampoo, soap, cold storage for food, kettle, charging ports, wifi, loudspeaker, sockets etc. Igloo is rather small but space is well organized and we had enough space for 2 small suitcases. It was very warm inside the igloo as well so don’t need to worry about that. we had a great experience in winter paradise! Looking forward to come back.

The information given by the staff about the price hold for rides towards the airport and santaclaus village was accurate. We were charged extra by the taxi driver.

Sauna facility and the chance of the bucket shower! Its menu is wide enough and the location is amazing for a gateway off the city. And the chance for a cute small hike next to the river.
