The bed on the ground floor is ok for 2 kids but for two adults it would be a bit tight.

Loved the room on 2 floors and the sauna in the bathroom. The room was super clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The restaurant has very good quality and tasty food and the breakfast was full of great choices (healthy and confort). Its a 2 mn walk from Santa’s village so very convenient for activities pick up! Would recommend it !9

You can inform your guests if there is a probability to catch the Aurora Lights. After dinner it could be good idea to have some live music sometimes.

The Villa was perfect. Comfortable and enough space to move. The fireplace is awesome. The personnels are friendly. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family. We will visit again in future for sure. Thanks.

An airport shuttle should have been included in the price of the room considering the price category of this hotel.

Modern equipment, beautiful location, ability to regulate the heating, reindeer next to the reception and a great restaurant at the hotel. All highlights (or start of many tours) are within walking distance.

Room is made in wood and it looks really amazing. The facilities are in good condition. I love the stove and they provide firewood to let you light the fire. The suana in the bath room is very good as well. You can smell the scent of wood.

More vegan / plant based options for breakfast would have been appreciated. Choice at the time was roasted vegetables (carrots, parsnips, onions), baked beans, toast, and corn flakes.

Very clean and comfortable property overall. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and well specified. Highlight was the bathroom with heated floor and sauna, which made coming in from the cold weather a treat. The staff were always willing to help.

There was no information in the room re the place or a welcome pack. The cottages could have been more cosy. We stayed for 6 nights and ate every night at the restaurant, the food was great, but the menu was very small and did not differ at all. There could have been a bar area or a coffee area. The reception staff were not very helpful or informative.

The location was excellant, it was clean and the restaurant staff were great. Loved the reindeer's outside our cottage.

breakfast need to move from room hotel side to check in side, so you have to were quite well because need walk outside a little bit let's say 50meters. sleeping room are on 2 floors and stairs are wood made, so it's easy to make noice walking up and down.

The hotel is in a perfect location just few hundred meters from Santa House, it's amazing area, magic! staff were so helpful and supportive, room perfect as well. if i'll come back definetively will try to stay in the same place. perfect with family.

The breakfast selection was too poor. Although in general, this does not spoil the impression. I would like to see sugar substitutes and more greens in the menu. In the room you will not find toothbrushes, (but that's half the trouble, you can buy it in the shops of the village) there are no shower caps (and I couldn't buy them)you would have to go Rovaniemi by taxi or bus to buy them (You would have to spend at least half a day on this).For the price, this is a huge minus. The second drawback is that there are two bathrooms, but towels (two large and two for the face) are only on the second floor. Maybe this is an oversight of the clearing service, but this is a 5-star hotel! For cleaning rooms I will give -1 stars. We lived for 5 days and for all the time the cleaning crew never wiped the floor, never changed of towels and threw the old ones in a pile at the bottom, the assortment of teas was not replenished at all.

I rate the restaurant and its service at 5/5.The range of dishes is not large, but they are all great! All the ingredients are fresh and delicious!The waiters are attentive and efficient. The suite itself is simple, clean and corresponds to 5 stars - two floors, two bathrooms, a sauna and a beautiful view. Everything is simple and well done.

The check-in process is great. They walk you to the room to provide information on how things function in the room eg. the sauna, the fireplace. They were also very helpful in the process of finding us the right transportation to our next destination since we are a rather big group. The service at the restaurant is also great and it's only a stone throw a way from the Santa Claus Village.

Such a magical place right next door to Santa's holiday village. The bed was very comfortable and the view out the window of the trees and sky was amazing. I only wish that it wasn't so cloudy while we were there so we could see the northern lights. The room came with an inbuilt sauna which was fun. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and even lactose free milk! Loved it!

Fantastic place. It is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The room is super clean and the views are stunning. It also has private sauna inside the room. Will come back!
