I didn't find the pillows very comfortable but this was easily rectified by a trip to the supermarket. There is no breakfast included but several really good cafés and coffee houses less than 2 minutes walk away.

Clean and convenient with central location. All facilities that you need and the app made everything very easy. Having fridge, kettle and microwave very useful. Nice bathroom, good shower.

Not fond of self-check-in but I guess it keeps the price down. Entrance hall (from which one enters hotel) smells like someone shat at the bottom of the staircase. Elevator is smoked in.

Spacey room. Nice bed. Wi-fi works. Good bathroom. Good location. Good value for money.

The air conditioning system can carry noise from the neighboring room. We just heard some laughing.

We stayed one night while traveling in Finland to visit family. We were looking for a comfortable hotel room just for sleeping with a good price. We slept well. The beds are comfortable, also child’s/ extra bed. It was quiet outside (Tuesday night). Very central location. The room has a water kettle and instant coffee. The shower has hot water and liquid soap. Airconditioning and elevator. Very good price quality ratio.

It didn't have any service. After 2 days staying in a room, we needed some new towels.

Room and facilities were good and useful. size of the room was good for 2 people.

The furniture was really minimal: just a small coffee table. No closets, no shelves. We needed to keep our luggage on the floor or on the sofa-bed. When we both needed to do some work, the table was not big enough for two laptops.

The view from that particular room was to the roof and the situation of being on the same level seemed a bit unsafe. Window couldnt be opened for fresh air.

Location was amazing. Beds were comfortable and room very clean. Self-checkin went smoothly. AC worked well and other appliances as well. Exeptionally quiet room, considering the city-centre location. Smaller kitchen appliances were also available for usage and worked well.e

We couldn't open the window and the AC was quite loud. In this small kitchenette was no knives or forks only some very small spoons. To make sandwich for the breakfast you need to bring your own tools anyway.

Room was very clean and nicely prepared for us. The bed was very comfortable. We found some nice things from the small "kitchen area" and it was very nice to have the fridge to keep the food fresh. The toilet was big and shower was very nice.

There was a but of noise from the building, not from other customers but fron the pipes/air conditioning, cars fron the street. I assume there have been some kids staying in the room before us as i will continue to assume adults do not leave snot residues on the walls next to the bed. Otherwise pretty good.

Location is good and the room has all nessesities with the addition of a microwave.

The room was dusty. That's about all the complaints I have. Other than that everything worked out the way I thought it would. It's a shame that there's no balcony ir that you can't open the windows but the AC works fine

Breakfast was alright but nothing to brag about. The room was amazing and the view was great. Location wise couldn't be better, had a great time there and I hope to visit the great city if Pori once again in the future.

Just two things. 1. Blackout blinds are needed for this location! I can't stress this feedback enough. I would only stay here again if I knew this was corrected. 2. There was something wrong with the electricity in the room. Both the TV and the fridge were making very strange electrical buzzing noises. I didn't use the TV at all, but I unplugged it because it was making some very strange and what seemed potentially dangerous noises.

Location was right in the centre and a short walk to restaurants, food shops and cafes. Also a short walk down to the river area. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I listed a couple of things that could use improvements, but overall the place was very nice.

This is more of a recommendation, it would be even better if the facility provided hotel slippers too because the floor (as expected) is cold. Overall, it's still the best place to be.

What I like about Omena Hotels is that it is a self check-in hotel. I like that it is very efficient. No need to wait for the reception. You can just go straight to your room. I love it! The room is very functional for me, I like that it has a microwave and the TV works well (which can be a problem most of the time). The sockets also have a USB port ready, so if you don't have an adapter with you, there's no problem.

Extremely dirty, brown stains on bed sheets, greasy finger prints all over the windows, dead flies in the room and the room smelled tobacco.. for an 80€ price tag this felt like a scam.

The location was good, everything needed nearby, I got a corner room which was nice felt more open with all the windows

1. There is no reception in the hotel. If you have any questions, you need to go to the 1st floor and call to the customer service. You need a lot of patience to reach them because one time I called and they answer in 2 minutes and next time I was hold on the line during 15 minutes. 2. We were staying during 2 days. We paid for 1 night and next day we paid for another night then I called to customer service and asked to leave us in the same room. So they said that our code would be prolonged but once we left the hotel we had no possibility to go inside and we couldn't call them because we arrived from another country and didn't have a local sim card. We had to stay on the street waiting for someone who could let us in. 3. We stayed 2 days but we couldn't get more tea though it's a welcome drinks and any other hotels bring you more welcome drinks once you request it. 4. There were 3 adults in tge room and our friend were sleeping on the camp-cot opposite a window. He was frozened because it was blowing cold from the window. Though a camp-cot was very comfortable.
