The single chair in my room was not that comfortable for long sitting.

The location was excellent and free and fast wifi at the hotel. I have no struggle connecting my people at home. It was quiet and no disturbances from other occupants.

The hotel is situated at the center of the city so it is so much convenient. There is a food court and cafeteria in the same building so you don't need to go far when you feel lazy. It is really quiet inside the room.

I appreciated the AC, but I would have liked to be able to open the window to let some fresh air in. The knobs to hang your stuff on were too close to each other and not very convenient to use. There is no wardrobe, so you can't properly unpack your clothes. The décor was rather bland, without character. Despite the central location, I still think the hotel is overpriced.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the centre of Vaasa, just a minutes' walk to the main square, shops and cafés, and the train station. It's a self-service hotel, with no reception, which lets you check in at any time of day or night. The single room is very compact and minimal, but has all the necessary amenities. The kettle with a generous supply of tea and coffee was very welcome. The rain shower was a nice surprise. The level of cleanliness was very high.

The only negative was the online check in. It was very difficult as the link emailed to my group didn’t allow them to entire their details to check in. I ended up checking myself into each of their rooms, get the room details, and then change the details for each of my groups information. It took about 1 hour to check in my entire group. The Omena chat bot is unable to provide assistance either.

Excellent location, the rooms are clean and functional. I believe it was good value for money. The contactless entry takes the stress out of check in and arrival time. This is excellent accomodation for a short stay.

In the shower/bathroom there is only one everything-in-one product: shampoo-soap

It is a minimalistic hotel, with the basic needs cover. There is a mini-fridge and a microwave. It has also a kettle and instant coffe and tea.

The shades don't really make the room dark. Even if you close the shades and the curtains, there's a corner that the curtains didn't cover, so I got sunlight on my face and couldn't sleep very well because of that. This is a problem that only exists in summer, for winter it wouldn't matter at all.

The room and toilets were very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space for the luggage and even a couch that could be turned into a bed.

After talking with my Finnish colleagues I got to know that the hotel is not much liked locally. I didn't mind small rooms and minimalistic design but there are people that don't like it and have higher expectations
