It is a good option if you want to spend a night - basic, clean and moderatly priced. Great location, walking distance from the central station. There was a !cDobalds close by where we had breakfast.

Cleanliness is okay but not insane. The room is old and needs a renewal. Window blinds are aged and don't cover the whole window. The bathroom sounds like it wants to give it's final breath. Please give it some maintenance and maybe a secondary shower head and a curtain that doesn't try to kiss you all shower long. The worst thing that you want after a trip is to make a bed when you pay for it. It was the case it that hotel. If Omena hotels managers read that comment, please before going to a hotel management school, go to an elementary school to learn what a hotel means.

The shower should have an actual shower head because it's hard to wash yourself if you have a hairstyle that shouldn't get wet, like braids. Also a bit cold air coming under the windows.

It's very easy to get to, and as a bonus, there are many yummy restaurants nearby!

I would appreciate some wardrobe for storing clothes.

It was very good deal - good accommodation in city center with lower price. I also liked online check-in and no need to go to reception. You just get password in sms and that's all you need.

the room is smaller than i expected. i travel with kids. There is basically little room to move around after you unpack the luggage. Feels like sardine in the can. everything from checking in is via online, i suspect the boss is AI machine not human :) I only spotted one human working as cleaning staff on the day I check out from hotel. If anything arise, it is difficult for traveler like me to get assistant.

It is located near the train station. Going everywhere is very convenient.

The hotel has no lobby, no human being to help in case of need. Both main doors were accessible only with a code digit, and both doors did not work. We had to try many times and wait a long time before someone got out from the building to open the doors and let us in. Not good.

Comfortable beds, spacious room (for 2), minimum services, but enough for a short stay. Complimentary coffee / tea available in the room. Quite central location, it is reachable in a few minutes from central station with tram or by foot. Little restaurants around for breakfast or lunch / dinner.

It was incredibly hot despite the heating being turned off, the windows where locked and the was no way to air the room.

10 euros for earlier check in is quite much in my opinion,

I appreciated the practical way for check- in without any person. You will obtain code to entry. The room was clean. I really enjoyed free drinks (coffee and tea)

my room was very big. It was basic, but clean and perfect for my needs. The location is unbeatable. Svenska Theateren and Stockmann are 5 min away. Kampi and Forum are even closer. Hesperia park is only 10 min ago. I dont think I have stayed in a better location in Helsinki and will definitely book here again
