hotel situated on the main road, basicly on the train station - so very noisy. Very modern style = windows dont open, air conditiosing not possible to switch off. So not cosy and friendly but modern and cold. Breakfast was very good.

Very cold room dispite you enter 23°C. Cold floor. First day was told parking is free, but last day was charged 15€ per day, didnt get invoice for company. Breakfast is 3* hotel level.

Location little bit outside of the city, garage often full and if you leave with your car, they can't guarantee that you can park it back again.

Price was bit high to take into account that no free parking, Deli pizza was expensive (18e for fantasy pizza), drinks in the sky bar were expensive (a 0,33l lemonade cost 4,70e!!), no mixed sauna, no bathtub in the rooms, the gym was small and there room had a bad view. Also, there was not enough blankets in the sky bar so many customers felt cold.

Quality breakfast and a great location. Kind staff, especially the Deli staff agreed to do half vegetarian and half meat pizza for us which was a good service. Also, it was nice that you could eat the pizza in the room.

On one of the days the totally forgot to ckean our room and we came back from a long day to a meesy room andno ckean towels. Very disappointing..

The glasses were really dirty. We stayed for three nights and not even once the garbage bins were emptied or fresh towels brought.

Explanation regarding how to use lights system would have been good. Information in English would have made all easier and probably safer. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Found toothpaste spit in sink upon entering the room, hairs on the bathroom floor the WC had calcification deposits on the sides in the closet. Disinfecting tissues not replenished, normal tea not replenished; only fruity tea. Bed never made properly. Cleaning barely showed not even when specifically asked for at reception.

The Room seemed clean, at first, but when I "opened"(drew back the curtain) the closet I saw that there were left sushi condiments in there, who knows for how long, by the previous tenants, or tenants before them. In addition to that the closet was covered in dust. I wounder if that is how they clean the places not in direct view, then what is happening under the bed? Or what is going on behind the toilet? This left me worried, especially with COVID-19 times. If that is how they clean their rooms, by leaving FOOD to spoil in their closet, then how can I be certain of my well-being and health after my visit and nights sleep in the room? The breakfast was okay, but I was expecting more. The Room looked modern.

When we arrived, our room was negligently cleaned and it was not cleaned during oir stay. We ate at the Hotel’s Elli Bistro, where the portion did not match the description in the menu, but was quite a lot downgraded version. There were not many options for special diets (not as many as the standard in Finnish hotels of the matching category) and I encountered some beyond ”best before date” ingredients at the buffet. Hotel surroundings are not very pleasant (main roads and a lot of traffic noise up at the rooms).

The hotel is new, our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located within a walking distance from Turku city center. Breakfast buffet was quite alright.

The check-in process was a bit uncomfortable given the Covid-19 restrictions. Too many people queuing, many without the masks. The bathroom could have some kind of a mat + the tiles in the shower are veeeery slippery, kid fell twice.

Nice, standard hotel with a relatively good location. Everything looks new, the room was clean and the staff friendly. Nice that there is a small bar were you can buy drinks and snacks and even a pizza, in case you're late and don't really fancy a full dinner.

Too many people at breakfast making it hectic, air con didnt work so it was 25 degrees inside the room.

Lovely decor, big rooms, big tv and Chromecast. Good breakfast. Amazing birthday surprise organised!
