Nothing in particular… well, a tad spartan in the rooms, but that’s hardly an issue

If you like old ornamental buildings with caracter, then this is your choise! OK small garden. A contrast with modern 15 something floor buildings around. If tou have bike, you get easily to any place in Lumu, one of the best cities there is, anywhere!

Good hotel in an old building. I liked the common hall with an equipped kitchen. Purely.

If you travel in the summer, be prepared for a lot of light in the rooms because the curtains are not blackout. Toilets could have been cleaner. The Wi-Fi is very slow and often was unable to load even static websites. If you are not quick enough, spoons in the kitchen will be gone.

Nice location: K-market nearby, beautiful walking paths, bus stop to the city center 10 minutes away. Excellent kitchen with everything you might need. Small but cozy rooms, comfortable bed, nice living rooms with some board games, a TV, and comfortable sofas.

At first nothing in the kitchen worked, so we had to call one host. Though he was not there, he tried to help via another guest and we managed to use electric facilities after that. The building looks quite old from outside.

I first did not get the code to the keybox, but after contact I got it. I could have gotten the code to the keybox before I had to contact them. I wish there was possibility to get the car heated when we travelled in the winter.

It was easy to check in and out with no problems. The motell is close to city center (with car). Parking was easy outside the building. The room was nice and even had TV. The collective room in the house was big with a kitchen.

For me, everything was more or less fine.

Collecting keys from the lock box was easy. The property was clean and quiet (probably due to not many hosts staying there at the same time as me). The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable (single bed room). Shared bathroom and toilet were also clean.

I did not like it, I loved it. We were on a couples trip and had a very nice time. The ambiance of the shared room was really cosy. After having a nice dinner and some wine there, my boyfriend proposed to me. It was so romantic. Thank you for making this possible.

The wifi was very slow. The outside of the building looked sketchy at first but once inside it looked good.

This felt kind of like a hostel with the big common area and kitchen, but with private rooms. Everything felt fresh. Positively surprised as we booked it just for the low price.

Sound proof is quite bad. You can hear people coming in and out. And we heard the next room snoring during the night.

Next to the beautiful canal in Oulu. I chose this because it's close to our friends' place.

Room was too bright to sleep, for me anyways cause thin curtains. There was coffee machine for share in common places but maybe for the price a water kettle&few instant coffee/tee in the room would have made price for one night feel more sensible.

Location in town and easy check in with code to key locker. Okay sleep over for lonely biker. There was a tv, fridge and clean towels.

Easy access to the hotel at any time. Comfortable bedrooms, room has little refrigerator. Bathrooms are shared, but very clean. The kitchen allows you to cook if you are staying for a few days.

The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and there is even a living room space. Everything is very clean and the room cosy.

Only minus was that the stairs were steep.

The location was nice and quiet. The room was very clean and super comfortable beds with a nice refrigerator. The common space was cozy and the kitchen was nice.
