The buffet breakfast was served at Cafe Abraham's, it was lovely - the bread was freshly baked and was delicious, great variety; cheeses, meats, salad, fruits, yoghurt, croissants, porridge, pancakes, sausages, meatballs, cereals, juices, tea, and coffee. Really, really enjoyed the breakfast! The room was spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen felt fresh. The view from our balcony was overlooking the park and statue, it was very nice. Although we didn't use it, the room had a monitor with a USB C cable on a height adjustable desk, which would have been really useful for people planning to work from the hotel. Great Wi-Fi. Supermarket just over the road.

The corridor could perhaps have had signs to show the elevator and breakfast room.

Everything was new and clean, recently built (or renovated) building, including rooms. Everything necessary was available. Breakfast was good and many-sided. Plenty of car-parking space outside. Gym was many-sided, spacious and not crowded.

Unfortunately WiFi wasn't working in our room and despite messaging the hotel through the app (there is no reception in the hotel), we didn't get any response to the issue.

The hotel was new and beautiful, room was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was free parking and there was a nice and big breakfast waiting for us in the fridge.

My husband and I were accommodated in a narrow 4-person room equipped for the needs of the disabled and with a narrow view of the roofs of the technical rooms. It was not what I requested and it disappointed me. Because a couple of our fellow travelers got a beautiful room with a wide view of the park. Why do hotels humiliate the main guest who carefully chose this particular hotel?

I was arriving late and leaving early . Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, and this place was excellent and perfectly situated for my needs.

Only thing that was negative was that I'm sure that there has been some pets before us because I'm a bit allergic to cats and dogs and I got a allergic reaction, a mild one but anyway.

Nice new hotel. Spacious rooms with fridge, kettle and some instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate powder. Easy check-in with door code. Big bathrooms, but they needed more hooks to hang the towels. We had a room with a nice balcony facing the park with a fountain.

There could have been a bench in the hallway for putting on shoes. Also, we only had one porridge portion for breakfast although we were two people. Other than that, the room and the breakfast were great!

The hotel is located at a peaceful place near Oulu and our destination Hailuoto. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful park view. It was also neatly furnished. Breakfast was already waiting in the fridge, which was really convenient.

Parking area wasn't so well marked, which ones were ok to use. It would be nice to have a little more selection in the canteen and well marked "common kitchen" to show it's ok to use.

Very nice and clean place. Quiet parks nearby and easy to find. Spacious room with a nice balcony! Easy to access and hassle free check in even without staff.

After having booked the room I got a barrage (6, yes SIX!) of long emails and one SMS. Only one of them, the SMS, contained the only information I needed at that time: the room number and the five-digit entry code for the main entrance (the hotel is un-manned) and the room. I easily got though the hotel's main entrace but then the troubles began: the five-digit code is also required to get into the elevator. I entered the code a number of times but nothing happened. Next to the elevator are two telephone numbers where one can get help. I twice called both numbers but they were continuously occupied. It was past 11 pm and I got increasingly upset. Tried entering the five-digit code plus some different signs. When I accidentally entered the five-digit code followed by "#" the elevator door finally opened. The room door opened without the use of the "#". All in all it took me 10-15 minutes to get into the room. While writing this review I re-read the six emails and found the requiered information in one of them - but still no mentioning of the need to enter "#" after the five-digit code. Anyway, had it not been for the entry troubles, I would have given this hotel a rating of 9.

The room had everything I need for a comfortable stay - refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tee et cetera, and it was quiet. Excellent bed in which I got six hours of uninterrupted sleep. The hotel is new and my room had a small balcony with a view to a park with pond. Across the street is a supermarket.
