I loved the coffee machine near my room on the 3rd floor! The beds are quite small and my room was always somewhat cold. I could not figure out a way to adjust the space heater and there is no staff in the hotel to ask for advice. Also, I do not understand why the shower curtin does not reach the floor and keep the water from splashing all over the bathroom and out into the hall. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in that has a floor squeegee to push the water back off the floor, towards the shower drain. Hint: It doesn't work - wasting lots of towels to dry the floor. These are minor details that would make a significant difference. However, it is still a very nice place to stay while visiting Loviisa. I am sure I will be back.

For the very basic set-up, the price was very high, but perhaps it was some sort of an exceptional day.

The hotel is rooms above a bar, with no front desk. The beds are comfortable and all the basic necessities for an overnight stay are there. There is decent breakfast available in the mornings.

A nice sleep-in in the very centre of Lovisa. Good and clean facilities. The place has undergone a facelift since our last stay. Although unmanned, it worked very well. We can also warmly recommend breakfast at Esplanade a stone throw from the hotel, affordable and tasty.

The electronic lock on the entrance doors does not work. I couldn't get to the hotel at night. I stood outside for a whole hour. When I left two days later, the lock still didn’t work. Breakfast is very poor. There is nothing to eat except porridge. There aren't even boiled eggs

Room was not ready for us when we arrived and we had to call. they gave us another one on the sunny side of the building and it was extremely hot. Fan was quite useless. Bad sewer smell came from the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic and didn't make up for the lousy night sleep

Very dissapointed with the general cleaning of the hotel. My room did not smell clean at all, the bathroom has not been cleaned deeply in some time. I sent a message to the hotel about this but never got a reply.

Good centric location. Easy to access with sms code etc.
