Everything was exceptional - stylish, comfortable, beautiful. Whatever you think of - you find it there from waffle maker, blender, spices, olive oil, ANY kitchen accessories or tools, bed linen, duvets. Best bed mattress I have ever slept (except home) - no back pain that I usually have after a night at any hotel. Location is amazing - in the middle of a beautiful national park. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is magical. You simply can't get better than Polaris Villas. The private hot tub and sauna was amazing. Svante, thank you so much for everything. You have been so good during our stay. Loved the snowmobile trips, reindeer farm and dinner there and all your support and responsiveness during our stay. I promise we will be back to stay for longer!

Not one thing

Everything! This property was an absolute dream, situated in the most beautiful, peaceful area, we couldn’t have stayed anywhere more perfect. The property was clean,cosy and the views were breathtaking. We stayed in villa 1 and we were a bit worried as we read one review where it was stated that the Villa was close the road. This is the case but it doesn’t impact the Villa at all, the villas aren’t that close to road and the area is quiet and not busy at all. Don’t let this one review worry you as it did with is because it does not impact the stay what so ever. The views and location is just simply perfect, we were very sad to leave and will definitely be booking to stay again! We contacted the host via booking.com to ask whether we could check out a little bit later as our flight was in the evening and the host come back to me quickly and was so lovely and let us leave a little bit later which we were so grateful for.

This place has our hearts! We had a very dreamy Christmas' holidays in paradise! It exceeded our expectations in every single way. From a delicious well-served breakfast, personal attention to every single detail, to life-saving skills when our car broke down, and the owner took us to the airport himself. The villa is fully equipped, with high-quality appliances, and kitchen utensils. I loved the personal touch of setting up a Christmas tree. We also appreciated how they took in the fact we had a toddler, and offered suggestions for activities tailored for us. If you are looking for a place away from the touristy areas, small business, and personal service, this is your place. Svante, thank you so much once again, you guys rock! 🙏

The TV is in the downstairs bedroom rather than in the living room, but we all snuggled into 1 bed and watched movies there which wasn't too bad.

Polarisvillas was absolutely beautiful, all the appliances were modern, upto date. The aesthetic was beautiful and scandinavian. Everything was really clean Beautiful villa with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Comfy bed & sofa. Kitchen is equipped with some essentials but not everything so we had to improvised make do with what we had. Fireplace is amazing (there is a guide on their instagram on how to start one ic you're like us and don't know how to). Could have done with more equipment to clean as we were going through the tissues like our life depended on them as we were cooking a lot. and there was a brush to wash the dishes, so if you're like us and use a sponge then bring your own. Oh and bring some cleaning wipes/ detergent too! The breakfast was very good, the croissants and lapland cake with the jam was our favourite. The villa provide a range of activities and we booked a husky ride with them which was an experience of a lifetime. Make sure to wrap up warm for this! The villa also arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was amazing. We also did a day trip to levi which they arranged transport for us too. They were available to help with our every need! Incredible views from villa, short walk to the lake and lots of areas to toboggan, and walking distance to arctic sauna world. Although the villa is quite isolated, we felt very safe to go out late at night (trying to spot the Northern lights). I will be definitely be visiting polaris villas again in the future

We would have liked fluffier towels and robes - the towels didn’t really dry you very well! (We discovered one fluffy robe in the wardrobe on the morning we left - it would have been great to have two of them.) Nothing else!!

This villa was absolutely stunning - the huge windows are incredible. They have a tint on them so no one can see in during the day, until in the evening when you have all the lights on. There is 4 villas and we were in number 4 - we asked to be in villa number 4 and Svante kindly let us. Svante was extremely helpful and was available on WhatsApp anytime! We asked him for walking recommendations, and he booked snowmobiling for us. Svante was super helpful. Breakfast was delivered every morning at 9am - there was so much food we even used it for lunch too (rolls, meats, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, yoghurt, milk, bananas, apples, orange juice, croissants, jam, berries, butter, and boiled eggs). The villa and everything in it was extremely modern and new. The villa was clean, as was the surrounding area outside. The location is remote - so quiet! We loved walking around the area and even walking on the frozen snowy lake. There is Saunaworld a few minutes walk away, and Hotel Jeris lakeside resort is right next door. We would recommend hiring a car to drive to Muonio, Pallas, Levi, etc (we did snowmobiling in Levi with Tokkasafaris). We went husky sledging 5 minutes away at Doghill husky farm. But the villas also offer their own activities from December. We bought food in Lidl in Rovaniemi on our way to the villa and in Muonio, 20 mins drive away. The sauna and hot tub were amazing too - great additions to the villa. We loved our 5 day stay and would love to return one day! We had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect, it’s the first time in my life I stay in a house for two nights and I couldn’t find a single negative thing. I felt home from the first moment I got inside. Special mention for Svante that was super sweet. Can’t wait to come back for a longer time.

Hard to name any items, maybe better seals at doors to the outside (not really noticeable).

All features were perfect: Fireplace, sauna, whirlpool, kitchen, windows, firewood, restrooms, utensils. Really everything needed was there. Breakfast was excellent and plenty. Loved the atmosphere. Location also very good (silent, access to lake, good for adventures, hikes, husky tour etc).

Nothing - it was perfect.

The villa was beautifully designed, fully equipped to the highest standards, clean and extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic - with accessible walks and beautiful scenery all around. We shopped at the local supermarkets and made dinner in the superbly equipped kitchen. Communication with Svante the manager was easy and quick. It was the perfect place for family time together. We even saw the northern lights.

There was no immediate access to lake water as the nearby lake had shallow water and big rocks at the bottom of it, but it did not ruin the holiday

Exceeded expectations from description and photos. Really nice space for those not into old school log cabin "aesthetics". Beds were super comfy, personal sauna a luxury thing.
