Since it is an old building it is not well insulated. My neighbor was snoring and this was very loud and disturbing.

Very friendly and cooperative host, she was really kind. The hostel is in a beautiful old building, a bit outside of the city centre. This is not a problem, since it's a nice walking route of approx. 10 minutes alongside the canal.

Old used furniture in the room. One of the single bed with bended slats, the matress is not thick and therefore can feel the bend in the middle of the bed

I liked everything. From the moment I steped into the building and was greeted by lovely Tuija, I felt like home. The place is so very clean, and has such a lovely atmosphere. There are all the fascilities to have a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with loads of pegs and shelves, fridge in the room and lovely communal spaces. The building looks fabulous and is about 10-15 mins walk from the town centre with all the amenities. There is a community pool right next to the hostel, with a lovely local cafe that serves buffet breakfast, reasonably priced. Superb place to be.

This place is amazing with such a nice staff. We forgot our keys inside and the lady who was in charge drove all the way from her home and open the door for us, she was so kind, beyond words. Nice facilities. Building is old but this is what makes it unique and antique. We had a great time there.

Understandably since the building is very old there is practically no sound proofing, so it can be very noisy. The mattress in the bed could be renewed, practically I felt the bottom of the bed through it while sleeping.

Very beautiful hostel with an interesting history, well equipped rooms and very amazing staff! The kitchen was also very spacious and the whole place was clean. Linen and towels were provided.

I thought that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Don't like to see a glob of hair covering the drain.

Even if the heater worked perfectly well the room was still a bit cold (but it is also true that the two nights that I stayed there it was -18°C outside, so that might be the reason).

The lady was very friendly and really cared about my comfort and wellness! She was very kind.
