Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThe Hotel Bar is closed, but you could use the restaurant. This is not open on Sundays. There was plenty of space to hang out and relax in the hotel, but missed places to buy good coffee, wine or snacks - apart from the restaurant which opens at 17, and closes at 22, and is closed on Sundays.
We had a large and beautiful room. The view was towards the backyard, but we had two large windows, so it didn't matter. The light in the bathroom was bright and nice. The location is not in the city center and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the city centre. At the same time, Helsinki seems like a bigger city when you don't live in the center of the city, and we probably discovered more of Helsinki by living a little away from the city center than if we were to live in the center of the city. There is a tram right next to the hotel that takes you to the center in less than 10 minutes.

EstoniaI had asked for a crib that I did not get - and sheets were just placed on top of a lounging chair - not ideal but my child slept well regardless. The property is also located a little far from the city center and there is no real sea side to be seen.
Breakfast was amongst one of the best I have had to experience. The eggs were so so but the rest was excellent. The bedding and mattresses were also really good.

GreeceThe hotel is in a very good location, we mainly traveled by foot since all the points of interest were close. We also had a tram stop nearby which we used for our transfer to the port for our one day trip to Tallinn. The staff were polite and always willing to serve us. Our room was clean, comfortable and very warm. The breakfast was rich in variety of tastes and proposals, while at the same time there was the possibility of having omelettes etc prepared for you at that time. There is a lot of security on behalf of the hotel since to go with the elevator to the floor of the room we first show our room card, also before entering the corridor of our floor we again show our room card.

Coming especially for breakfasts! They are amazing, the choice is big and even the best desserts and warm bread 😍 The room and the view was beautiful as well, and we ve been very pleased with the warm temperature in our room!

United KingdomStruggled to keep the room at the right temperature, it was too hot for my liking even with the air con switched off, which meant I struggled to sleep most nights.....although I can't fault the room, it was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Just a personal preference.
Breakfast choice and staff were superb. Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, which set us up nicely for each day. For the price to add on, it was also great value for money. Room was huge and well appointed. Location was also very good, couple of mins from a tram stop (number 7 or 9 will get you here from the main railway station).

The staff, especially the lady welcoming at breakfast, was very friendly, helpful and great with our children. We had a room with two superking beds which were huge and comfortable - a great room option for a family of four. The location is really convenient for exploring the city using the tram/metro system. A tram stop is just outside which takes you all over the city.
