excellent location, right above the city centre and walking distance to the nearby malls & restaurants. kitchen was very well-equipped as well, had everything you need, with sufficient utensils and spices to do cooking. everything was clean & comfy.

The only thing I felt missing is proper kitchen utensils . The previous booking had all the items you needed to prepare breakfast but this one lacked few basic stuff. It’s very minor and I would still recommend this apartment to anyone coming to stay in Rovaniemi.

Our stay was real ice. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the description. Spacious apartment with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Supermarket is right across the street. Location is perfect just right there in the city centre. Having personal Sauna in the apartment was big highlight of our stay. Thank you :) I highly recommend this property 😃

Parking is shared with Burger King. As such, parking spaces are limited. Generally, there was no major concerns, as we always found at least one parking space available. The place lack the mirror in the room (small mirror in the bathroom only), which was a major complains from wife and daughter.

Excellent location near the city center, convenient to restaurants, taxis, easy to get in and get out of the city by car. Sauna was great addition.

There was a smell coming from outside, we couldn't pin point where, it didn't last more than a few hours. ( Not from Burger King we think)

Clean,Comfortable and Warm Apartment above the Burger King. It is in the centre of town and close to everything. We were not affected by noise, however we were not there on the weekends. Would recommend for people who like to stay in the thick of it. Would Choose again. One of the best ever sofa beds we've used.

With -25 degrees outside the apartment was rather cold - e.g. only a quarter of the radiator near to my bed was hot - maybe it has air inside? The toaster was full of cheese - I understand that a previous guest must have been an idiot, but it would be nice to clean or replace it. Basic cooking things like salt, pepper and oil would be nice - I don't remember which was missing, but not all were there.

Overall the apartment looks really nice and is comfy. The sauna is great.

Awful smell in the entrance of the building because of Burger King I assume. Also not enough light to my taste in the living room. But those are not ruining the overall experience. Can only recommend.
