I'm pretty sure they had bedbugs, the amount of scratching done after the stay is not normal. I will have to see a doctor about this.

Water at pools with regular water was too cold. If you can add +1° or +1.5° then pools will be more comfortable

We came to enjoy a spa weekend and found it difficult to relax with so many children in the pools throwing toys.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, fabulous breakfast, beautiful location.

Not clean, floors in restaurant were sticky and same crumbles were on carpet under the tables every day. Room cleaning was very bad for the first 4 nights and tjhen excellent for the other two.

What we didn't like was the fact that we needed to pay extra 10 EUR for parking. Paying pretty high price for our stay it would have been amazing to have this as a free of charge bonus. And also SPA area is pretty small & simple comparing to other SPA hotels in the area - just two pools + not very "active" jacuzzi. Also we were visiting hotel while the lady part of the dpa was under repair so there was also just one small sauna & few lockers in the changing room area.

Hotel in general is pretty nice. The room was comfy and the view through the window is breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious with a pretty wide choice. And it was great that there was possibility to swim outdoors in the sea after the sauna. Generally our stay was nice but a few improvements from hotel's side could have made it splendid! :)

It is a spa from the 80's. Very functional and sturdy. But the place has no charm, no coziness. Ingen mys-faktor. The room had bad air quality. It was nice to have a fan and the possibility to open the window, to improve it a bit.

Lovely location! Beautiful view from the room, great area for taking a walk. Very nice and big patio in the sun. Quite nice breakfast. Everything is well maintained and clean. Bathroom in the room is fresh and renovated. The bed comfortable.

Hard to get hold of the reception over the phone before arrival. The children's activity room has seen better days.

Spa was crowded and not very appealing Restaurant buffet was very disappointing - food over cooked. Breakfast buffet ok. Parking was outside and meant we walked dirt into our room.

Breakfast not special, room style was old fashioned and poor air condition/ not worked at all in summer time. Parking charge too much for the location. Outside playground poor.

The air conditioning was a bit old & humming at times. The curtains that were about 70% blackout/dark enough. The room was hot in the summer months. These 3 are all average for the area & standard for most hotels in honesty but prevent me putting 100% rating. The spa was on the smaller side compared to many in Finland, but was fine for us.

Amazing staff, lovely location, vegan friendly, outside seating area by the water & facilities are good. Hydrobics videos to follow in the pool.
