Very helpful, kind and friendly staff with great knowledge of surrounding area and possible activities to do. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very relaxing lounge and sauna with the best view ever. Owner of the hotel is also very experienced professional and you can feel her passion for the work she is doing here. I can strongly recommend to visit this hotel and I would like to go there again. Best experience with staff I ever had in my life.

A stunning location and an amazing boutique hotel with panorama windows looking out over the gorgeous autumn colours on the fells. The meal was one of the, if not the, best meal I have had in 6 years in Finland. The beds were really comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Outdoor and interior design in the hotel was exactly to my taste. Stylish, minimalist, nordic. General spaces and the room itself were beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the shower in the bathroom! Big window in the room offered nice view. All the personnel that we met were so friendly to us, we really felt welcomed in this hotel. We ordered some drinks after arrival in the lobby and my tyrni cocktail was super tasty! Breakfast selection was not wide but for me it was more than enough and quality was top notch. This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences that I have had.

The biggest disappointment during my visit was definitely the restaurant's insufficient breakfast and the low quality dessert they served after the main course during dinner. Glutenfree customers were barely considered, and staff was tense and defensive upon being asked simply where the plates could be found during breakfast. Over all the staff was a little nervous and aloof aside from the receptionist mentioned above.

The studio room was in nearly pristine condition and well furnished. The interior design had the right combination of personalty and convenience. Beds were cozy and the view great. I especially loved the sounds the small brook made when I was sitting out on the patio. The restaurant served a wonderful main course. I was pleased by the fact that the nature center was right next to the hotel and the trail over to Tsahkal lake was easy to find and follow. The receptionist was sunny and welcoming when I arrived.

Superbly clean and beautifully decorated hotel. The soft beds and blackout shades ensured good sleep even during midnight sun. Great customer service and very welcoming staff. The breakfast was of great quality. Location is excellent considering the hiking trails in Kilpisjärvi.

The inner architecture is a perfect example of finnish aesthetic and sense of harmony with nature. It’s in full adequacy with the surroundings. The sauna was another masterpiece ! The staff absolutly amazing. More than an hotel : a precious, warmful experience : KIITOS.

I was definitely one of the best hotels I've visited. New, clean, comfy and excellent view. And the hotel sauna was just exceptional...you could sit in the steam room and look at the great view of Saana mountain and nature. And the restaurant menu...breathtaking.

The hotel is so new that some things are still developing. I would have loved to have even a small water kettle in the room and perhaps the restaurant could have one or two more relaxed portions for room service. But these were tiny details, our stay was near perfect!

Excellent breakfast and lovely dinner as well. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The view to Saana is breathtaking and the location of the hotel is very good, only few minutes from all the major nature trails of the area. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Finland. Not just plastic Lapland decor for foreign tourists, but an authentic place with wonderful atmosphere.

We were ones of the very first guests so we came across a few little issues but nothing could destroy our great stay. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was all newly built and you could still smell the wood from the house. We booked a studio that is in a separate house with wonderfull terasse and great view even from the bed. The room was comfortable and clean. The main house serves delicious breakfast and the dinner menu was even more excellent. You can watch the countryside also from the restaurant and if you are cold, the fireplace is ready to warm you up even in the summer. Sauna is in one word amazing. You can watch the Saana mountain from the inside or sit outside at the front terasse and listen to a creek and the whisper of birch trees ... everything has just the right athmosphere. We left with the highest impressions and we strongly recommend the hotel to other visitors. Here we discovered what the famous Finnish style of living trully means.

It would be better to have an electric kettle in the room or at least to have possibility to take it on the reception if it is needed.

Very good new hotel with nice view and own restaurant. Dishes were deliсious - thanks a lot for the chef. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Charging point for hybrid car is free of change to the guests.
