The facilities are basic but very functional for what you need for a short stay. More coat hooks in the cabin would be very beneficial for the million layers we were all wearing. We were in one of the smaller cabins and space felt tight for all our stuff (2 adults and 2 kids) for a 3 night stay.

The location cannot be beaten in terms of being so convenient for all that Santa Clause village has to offer. The cabins are so warm which is perfect when you are coming in from -20 temperatures.

We should have taken our kids! They would have loved the atmosphere and culture. Now that we know more about the location and what to expect, we’ll be bringing them next time!

We liked the building that our room was in and our room… unique layout that was very comfortable and well-appointed. The facilities were all welcoming and offered a variety for dining, shopping and adventures.

Food was okay. Not much choice in the mini market for food to cook in the cabin. And what was there was very expensive.

Breakfast wasn’t our kinda thing. Up into a billion layers to go to feed a wee one is a bit of a nightmare, did it once and then just had porridge in the room instead!

Gorgeous location, saw northern lights from our cabin! Most of it was spotless and clean. And so cosy and warm!

Breakfast was cold if you came at 9am. A lot was not filled up once it was empty. The morning we had breakfast at 7.15 it was hot.

All was great. Overall a very good stay. I would recommend it.

Receptionists are very helpful. They helped us with delivering and picking up our luggages.It’s hard to carry luggages during snowy day. Our room is ready when we arrived at 1：） That’s a big surprise！

Size of the room. Many activities are within walking distance - including huskies, snowmobiles, reindeer s etc. Sauna in the room.

Everything was really enjoyable, I am so happy I booked with you and thankful you allowed me to book again when my other place didn't work out. You saved me a lot of stress.

Breakfast was always a treat. I felt very comfortable in our rooms. We booked for 3 nights here and intended to stay another place for 3 nights. However after only one night somewhere else we came back here for the remainder of our stay. Location is wonderful, not too far from the city, right next to a gas station with good and cheap food and five minutes from the airport. There is plenty to do to keep yourself busy whether its is a couple of adults of a whole family. As adults we just felt like kids again.

Everything was brilliant. The apartment/suite we stayed in was lovely, with a Christmas tree on the balcony. Kids loved everything about it, including the sauna! Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Get there early as it gets busy in December. Santa Claus Village was magical and something our family will never forget.

The food in the reataurants kind of expensive and the same kids menu in all the restaurants: chicken nuggets, salmon and burger. there should be more optiona for the kisa as this after all it is experiencea for the kids

Prices in the restaurant for the amount of food you get. Portions were small and we had to buy more food at the petrol station not to be hungry. children menu not great. we got a salmon that was so salty my daughter couldnt eat it, i couldnt as well. mash potatoes were more milk then potatoes ( three elves) not nice

breakfast staff especially Iskor very very friendly and helpful. Sauna great and easy to use, room big enough and comfortable. Restauatants overpriced and nothing special. overall great stay and we will def be back but wont eat at the village anymore
