I've been twice in the place and the service has been both times quite poor and unfriendly.

The room was very basic and did not have a bar fridge. Also there was a "salt sauna" but was very little salt rocks in the sauna.

The room was in an old part of the hotel. The airconditioning was not functioning well and was outdated with no controls in the room itself. During our stay a fan was brought into the room which did not fit well. And was not used. The air outside was cooler than the room so we left the door open.

see the photos, entrance was really small😅 garden view was only a three, we did not find 3thrd bedroom or coffee muchine. And wine was missing asswell😂 Reception was so slow that we wait in the line around an hour with kid. Never again🥹

After one and half hour two times speaking with receptionist, we did get 50€ gift card because it was different room what we was booked with one child.

The smallest hand basin in Scandinavia - forget about hand washing any clothes. Far from public transport - you really need a car. No wifi password, so a little less secure.

Good hotel in a scenic location. Power point just above desk - excellent. Room large. Breakfast great. Large free car parks adjacent. Dinner very good. Blackout curtains good.

Rooms are nasty! Very outdated. As well as the whole hotel inside and outside.

Restaurant, good food very nice staff. Sauna’s at the spa, the outdoor pool. Spa was better for the kids than adults.

The room was rather small and furnishing were tired. It was confusing to get to our room.

We liked the balcony and the breakfast, and the location by the lake.

Near by the lake and linna, nice view. Breakfast was ok, But room just so so, not so clean. Dinner also eaten inside hotel. The service just so so, they were not only missing our drinking but also ice cream coming with main dishes, so surprising.

Place is outdated. Room was bare bones. No safe, no coffee maker, no AC (although it was not hot), view to backyard / parking area. No shampoo or other beauty products in the room. All that would have still been acceptable for one night, but there were barking dogs in near-by rooms and in the corridors. Badly drunken quests in the lobby and at the hotel entry. No actions from the hotel-side although it felt scary. Kids were running and screaming in the corridors all the way until midnight. No soundproofing.

Room was available as expected and they tried to get a silent room. Room was clean and bed OK. Breakfast was fine - nothing beyond expectations, but everything you typically need, was there.

The lobby was rather gloomy and didn't give a good first impression. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The setting was outstanding, right near a beautiful forest park on one side, and overlooking a lake on the other side. The room was pleasant and comfortable and the spa had a lovely warm pool with massage jets. If I was slightly taller I could have seen the lake from the pool.

The room terrace was dirty. the room have coffee maker but the coffee is not a courtesy, they don't explain that the slipper next to the spa robe it's not include in the price. the room have a tablet for call to the restaurant or lobby, nobody take the phone.

Great pool, sauna, breakfast, the location is green and beautiful; the hotel has a little shop and coffee 24/7; the price included a very the use of a comfy robe perfect for the spa.
